This was my second booking at the hotel during the same trip, and once again I had a great experience. The team was professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bedding deserves a special mention - it was so comfortable that getting a good night’s sleep was effortless. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after busy days in Dubai. Although I didn’t get the chance to try the pool, the facilities and service throughout the hotel were excellent. On my last night, one of the room lights would not switch off properly. It was a minor issue and I was too tired to contact reception at the time, but everything else during my stay was excellent. I mentioned to them upon checkout so they can fix it.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, and they kindly allowed me to keep the same room even though I had two separate reservations, which made my stay much more convenient. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including bathrobes and all the usual amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - the kind where you fall asleep almost the moment your head touches the pillow. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. I also used the gym, which is compact but well-equipped for a good workout. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay Nothing significant to mention. My stay was very pleasant overall
