They canceled my booking and shifted it to another hotel lower than V, without my knowledge, which is unprofessional at all, and they informed me about changing when I reached the reception!! I came from another emirate just to celebrate the birthday in their hotel, shame Also i booked and contacted the manager in V hotel to prepare something for birthday in the room, he responded without mention any thing about cancellation.. Worst management ever

Only location I carried three suitcases up to my room by myself — not a single valet assisted me, even though I am a woman. The room was dirty, not clean well, no breakfast, no valet service. When you ask reception for a taxi, no one arranges it. On top of that, I paid 1,400 USD for two nights. Absolutely unacceptable.

There are no lobby only 2 sofa infront of reception.. Maybe before 11 pm they had another 2 sofa at ground area but they been removed after 12 x

The breakfast was good, and the hotel location is nice, but the towels in the bathroom was rept and bad-smelling, room atmosphere and location was good

What impressed me the most was that they fulfilled a special request I had made before my arrival. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out and made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I will definitely be happy to return again. None

Cleanliness, tv didn’t work - security guard not allowing guest food delivery to be delivered by the door, i had to walk to the side walk to get my order, and informed him this the first time i experience this, he replied “this is a 5 star hotel.”

I like the fact that it is well located in the city, close to the Dubai mall . Also the free access to the beach resort and private pool is such a big plus which enhances the journey of one’s stay. Fast and reliable wifi The only thing I wasn’t pleased with is nothing at all , Actually I don’t have a single complaint

The staff at the desk were pleasant. They also gave us 2 cupcakes for the room which said V and Booking. Tasted really good and was a pleasant gesture. The room had a bad smell. And the pillows had a horrible rotten smell which took us a full day to realize that it was coming from the pillows. Also they had a party ongoing on the penthouse till 4 am so sleep was not pleasant. They also didn’t have a smart tv which is disappointing considering the price of the room per night.
