I love the rooms, the lobby, and all the amenities. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and organized. I also appreciate that this hotel is pet-friendly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Clean, location, staff It’s not that I don’t like. But rather a suggestion. I hope they made room service available 24 hours or at least until 3 am. I asked for ice at 2 am but they said service not available as it is untl 12 only.

Our stay in this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, every single one of them exemplified exceptional service. Daily calls were made to the room to enquire if we needed anything. On one day I asked for additional milk for tea, every day after that, the room was provided with additional milk (without me asking). The restaurant was aware of my allergies, I didn't have to mention it to them, I was surprised to say the least. One staff member mentioned that while we are staying with them, they are there to take care of us. Never before experienced this. The hotel is clean, smells wonderful, modern, everything you could ask for. Front desk assistance so helpful, if they can't provide something alternatives are suggested. Extras - The shower has a washing line, convenient. The hotel had bicycles which we used and enjoyed. Pool is on an upper floor, with exceptional views and service. Service all-round exceptional. Best stay! There wasn't a single thing I didnt like.
