Never booked this place, Expedia has no control, says front desk is open 7 am to 3 am, no front desk, their phone number is not working, even expedia support is not able to reach them, Still expedia doesn't refund us

This is my final review of this place, where I've stayed multiple times, and I have mixed feelings. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean. However, the kitchen could benefit from some improvements. The woman managing the property can be quite moody, and there are two long-term male tenants who are sometimes rude and disrespectful. During my stays, I've had my belongings touched, my privacy violated, and encountered some petty behavior. Despite these issues, among all the hostels in the area, this one offers the best value for the price, especially considering that the area is now largely managed by workers who seem frustrated with their jobs. Squeaky clean. Has all the amenities you need. Fridge could be bigger great views of marina.. best location in dubai. Friendly and polite staff. Was boring due to low season. A bit of modernisation or refurbishment will make it the best one. Please fix the shower head .

The hostel is ok. It is an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bunk beds are ok and living room pretty big. The old management. I have stayed at this hostel multiple time but since the old apartment management left, the vibe has changed. The new lady managing the place is very rude and keeps inviting people at the apartment that are definitely not the type of people you want in the house: my phone was hacked, my bag searched and one day we had cockroaches invasion. Moreover there were few long term guests that were not respectful of others and did not have basic hygiene knowledge.

Location - close to a nice market and to public transports cameras in places whereby there shouldn’t be Fridge should be clean more often and long term guests should be more respectful towards travellers. Also we were locked outside of the building under the heat because the lady that supposed to manage the place is not very reliable and the security guards at the building reception are just rude & unprofessional

It is what you pay for: private bunk beds with some degree of privacy. The apartment is pretty clean and the rooms are reasonably large. There are only one bathroom for men and the kitchen is not always clean (I cook my meal every day so this mattered to me). Be careful to the receptionists downstairs as they try to scam guests.

Nice hostel in the marina complex: beds are private and comfortable, Wi-Fi stable and apartment was quite clean. I could not use the fridge as few guests left it very dirty and smelly. Luckily I cooked all my meals from the grocery downstairs. Also certain long term guests are quite rude as they feel entitled. Lately, I would definitely review the behaviour of the people at the building entrance

I stayed multiple time at the property and each time was a different experience. My overall feedback is positive: the two bedrooms are clean with beds guaranteeing everybodys privacy. the living room is spacious and the balcony very nice to have. One bathroom could benefit from some refurbishing. Also During this stay few guests were drinking and smoking creating a non-inclusive environments for people like me that do not engage in such practice. Luckily the staff tried their best to keep everything under control.

I want make a mark for a staff who’s name is Sarah Cause of she did her work in best way and I am thankfull that she helped when my previous reservation did not answet my calling and for booking. So that’s why and I also want to thank for conditions of appartment with clear and comfort room. Everything in the best way

Sarah is great girl helped me with check in and checkout. Gave me information about the places around. and she keeps the place clean everytime perfect location, clean room, comfortable bed in room, when I return to Dubai I will never hesitate to come again
