Only close to dubai marina First of all, when we have asked for matchbox after checking, it came after two hours, the small things like water and tea coffee. We have asked several times, but still it was not given. I have called almost 5 times to get some water. Every order took so much time in the bathroom. There was no toothbrush. No shaving kit. Nothing and the booking was for 3% but the amenities were provided only for two person and when we have asked for extra amenities, they make so much delay even for the Cleaning. We have asked three hours before, but it was not done for the breakfast. There was very limited options and all the foods were cold Some of the stars behaviour are so rude, specially in the night we went for the Bar station and the stuff behaviour was not so good. My Stay was only for one night, but every thing I have to ask for so many times, and it makes me so much frustrated.

It’s good hotel, but, there’s a big problem about elevator, you have to wait more than 30 minutes for take it!

Only view I can't believe how disappointed I was with this so-called "5-star" hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. The room was missing basic amenities—we had to request almost everything, including tissues, slippers, cutlery, and even plates. The refrigerator wasn't working, and when we opened it, it was full of water that spilled all over the floor. The air conditioning was another major issue. It was impossible to get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. When the technician came, he told us that 20.5°C was the coldest temperature the system could reach, which was far from acceptable. The pillows were among the worst I've ever used, and the mattress was extremely hard, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The food was equally disappointing. Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this did not feel like a 5-star experience. In my opinion, it's closer to a 3-star hotel by Dubai standards. Even compared to other Rotana properties, this hotel falls far behind. For example, Arjan by Rotana Media City is officially a 4-star hotel, yet it delivers a much better experience in terms of rooms, service, and especially food. Dinner offered very limited choices, and nothing about it reflected the quality expected from a luxury hotel. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. I had heard many positive comments about it, but the selection was surprisingly limited. As an example, Arjan by Rotana offers seven or eight varieties of fresh cheese, while this hotel only had feta, Emmental, and labneh. Except for the labneh, none of them tasted fresh. The only cold cuts available—chicken and beef mortadella—were dry and unappetizing. Overall, the buffet looked neglected and lacked both variety and freshness. The only real highlight of this hotel was the sea view from the room. Other than that, I don't believe it offers a genuine 5-star experience.
