I had a very good experience staying at Grand Ambassador Hotel. The overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well-maintained and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It is suitable for a wide range of guests, whether traveling for business or leisure. I would definitely consider staying here again. One area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi service. The connection was not reliable and could be stronger. It would be better if the hotel could improve the free Wi-Fi facilities for a more comfortable stay.

good walk to the old souk & dubai creek. decent room size w/ twin bed, clean bathroom, staff are friendly. Pool timings till 7pm only because of the pool bar. also, prepare a parking fee of 20 dhs. There are about 3-4 bars/lounge in the hotel, party can be heard on a busy night...

The warm hospitality of the Manager I may not have felt happy upon arrival due to the receptionist, Ms. Tanu Ghanal. We arrived at 12 noon and were not allowed to check in early, as the standard check-in time is 2 pm. She mentioned that I should have been aware of this in advance. I was honestly upset, as my family and I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, and most of them allow early check-in even around 10 or 11 am. I felt the situation could have been handled more courteously and without embarrassment as a guest. However, I would like to commend the Manager and the rest of the team, who were all very welcoming. We were even upgraded to a suite, which helped improve our experience significantly. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the restaurant supervisor Anil (or Onil, I may have misheard the name, was extremely kind and always smiling. He personally delivered our dinner to the room, and when we were unable to finish it, he kindly accommodated our request to have it preheated the following day so we could enjoy it during lunch. Thank you very much, Grand Ambassador. I also apologize if at any point I may have come across as rude due to my initial experience with Ms. Tanu Ghanal.

Good location near by old dubai walking distance to many markets. Some times pubs sound disturbing

The staff was pleasant and the Hotel clean with comfortable room. The restaurant on the ground floor gave us a good breakfast and an excellent dinner. The last night a very loud alarm (probably from the elevator) around 3am and 6am rumbled very strong in our room. A slight consideration on this matter will be surely appreciated, since during the night it was quite scary.

Loved the restaurant food, breakfast was great, the hot water was so nice, the wifi was wonderful, very clean, very safe. The restaurant music was too loud and allowed smoking in the room. NOT good for children or families. We needed a quiet place in the lobby to work on a laptop, but everywhere was very loud with loud music.
