They have separated facilities for men and women. The location is perfect near the mall many supermarkets near by and great comfortable beds. Parking space is tight

I returned to this hotel based on my previous experience and everything was just as great, awesome room - spacious well equipped comfortable bed with great linen, bath plus shower. The breakfast was good, great selection that changed daily. The room service meal was really good and well presented! All the staff are very helpful and professional especially the reception. The Hotel has so much to offer in the pools, Gym and restaurants that are all good. Well located to the Metro, the Marina and the JBR beach walk. Will definitely stay there on my next trip! Nothing I did not like. The Wi-Fi was sometimes erratic but that could have been the network, was better than previous hotels I stayed at.

Reception: Mr Khalid (manager), he was an excellent guy whose smile made everyone happy and he is always there for the customers. Mr Restaurant: Mr. Saif Nedhal from restaurant was really amazing person with his attitude and wonderful behavior made everyone happy around him. Nothing to mention

The Services, It does not have that 5 start hotel feel. The Bathroom has no water I mean its 10:30 PM in the night and there was no hot water because of some maintainance.
