Nothing was good about Zagy Hotel Dubai WARNING: Zagy Hotel told us that cochroaches are to be expected!!!! NO REFUNDS I had booked a 3 night stay for my mom at this hotel using booking.com The first room she was given had a very strong chemical smell so she couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 2 minutes. She asked to leave the hotel with her refund but they refused and told her that they will give her the best room they had. But to my mom’s surprise the second room was infested with roaches!!! Look at the video below! This hotel is unsanitary, rude, and the last place you want to find yourself at night in Dubai. If you don’t want to ruin your or your loved one’s vacation, I beg you not to waste your money and time at Zagy hotel. Go anywhere else. You’ve been warned. If you try and get a refund from the hotel or booking.com, they will refuse.

It offers very good value for money. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Almost everything was good, and the staff even helped us use the oven to heat our food, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay for the price.

The only good thing about the hotel was supportive front desk . It’s a hotel with very bad facilities and crowd . Mainly it’s for Nigerians. The AC is the room works on its own terms and sometimes gives cool air . The water supply is permanent hot and seems their tanks are kept on roof top. It will be a challenge to take bath after 8 AM. Same goes for hand shower .
