The hotels lacks basin amenities like - the TV isnt a smart TV so you cant screen your phone, the channels are very limited, the room only has a usb port where type c is what is most common today, neither did they have a common charging spot in the reception or lobby to make up for the lack of and finally the staff at the reception couldnt care less to help offer solutions - such as: there is a supermarket just next door, you may purchase one from there, or there are many applications that will have it delivered to you. It is these efforts of service that make the experience, which unfortunately wasnt there.

The price and value offered is beyond our expectation. we have enjoyed our time in this hotel. There is parking at the front and also at the underground which important for us since we drove around dubai. The staffs were excellent and helpful and keep smiling which has improved our experience from front desk to restaurant. All facilities are in good working condition. Many shops and restaurant nearby which ease to buy some stuffs. The location close to downtown and port. However, there was traffic especially after office hours in afternoon.

We had a wonderful two-day stay. Everything was excellent—from the spacious and quiet room to the delicious breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making our stay even more special. We would be happy to return.
