The breakfast - ambiance is good, but the food selection is so-so.

Clean sand facilities arranged. Staff not fast at the reception I had waited very long to check in.

Nothing Staff very bad specially receptionist, trolly boy didn’t bring laguage, after calling 5 th time bring water, card is not working properly, card is deactivated half an hour before check out

Everything was well the room was need and good for me but the washroom was not good and it’s needs to be replaced. They gave a room with POD washroom with out any shower gel for bathing, the washroom was really bad for someone like me with my wife and we had to use a washroom made for people in a wheelchair

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. I truly appreciated the comfortable room and the kindness, professionalism, and understanding of all the staff. Their excellent service made my stay very enjoyable. I would like to mention one small point for improvement. I noticed that the curtains were a bit dusty, so I kindly suggest paying a little more attention to cleaning and sanitizing them to ensure an even better experience for future guests.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to taxis, supermarkets, barbershops, restaurants, mosques, and plenty of cafes. My evening walks through the neighborhood were always exciting! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They have an excellent housekeeping team as well; the space was always clean and simply beautiful! I highly recommend trying their spaghetti bolognese! The chef did a fantastic job. The breakfast selection was mostly the same each morning, but it was still enjoyable and offered a good start to the day.

It was advertised to me as for people with SEN needs but couldn’t deliver. I needed printing via email and asked for help due to autism and it was declined by receptionist. I was told printing is behind the reception. It wasn’t. I found it in front of reception already very stressed from autism. The printer didn’t work. I then walked I. The lunch heat summer sun to minutes at emirates mall. Did my printing. I was called too many times, room service never attended at the time I requested. I found the stay stressful. I even asked repeatedly for the Leitung email in writing. Never received it.

Small pool

The toilet constantly made noise from the leak inside the toilet actuator. They attempted once to repair it, but the maintenance crew never returned.

Good to access and required amenities nearby. Nothing

It’s clean I don’t like the guard approaching our children and telling them to go out from the pool. He scared the kids. He should have talked to us since he was never there. It’s the first time we saw him and he approached directly to the kids. It’s very disappointing.

The bed was loud. When you would get in or out it would creek and make noises if you moved too much in the bed. The pillows were way too soft also.

Very poor F&B and unqualified F&B supervisor - must not be in the hospitality industry or must be trained once again. ( the night shift supervisor / 21st March)

Great location and excellent cleanliness, with an average breakfast, though the swimming pool could be improved.
