Nothing it's hot the room and not nice the smell

I like the property about the location because if we walk from the metro station We can reach at the property only around 3 between to 5 minutes.. Reception staff was so good ? It's our 6th experience on this property we didn't get from before 2 times anything bathing towels.. Please I want to request with property management please focus on this little little this.. but still Iam satisfy with the property but If you guys forget for put towels on the room.. you're management need to give good briefing to the house keeping teams they need to check all the things properly before finishing the arrangement for the room others things I don't have any comments.. Iam satisfy with this property..

Dirties room ever i go , no cleaning so many stains in room , bed was like you are laying on metal so hard .There is no Hot water for shower, There is Window AC in room that is so much noisy

No towel no tissue bad smell in room have bad bags ac not working properly and very old ac, i just waste my money Washroom not clean no have hot water door lock is broken
