The property is pretty decent, clean, old style- which I like. The proximity to old Dubai; the creek, the Gold Souq, Dubai Museum, Old (spice and textile) Souq, and Al Seef is a big plus if you prefer these kind of rustic places. The rooftop pool is very small and, unfortunately, directly overlooks the unappealing roof of an adjacent residential building.

The hotel has an old-world charm, with décor and in-house music that perfectly suit its location in the heart of old Dubai. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the valet service was smooth and convenient. There was nothing we disliked, though the view from the room was fairly average.

Our family had one of the best weekends here. The location is superb if you want to explore Old Dubai. The breakfast was great and offered an amazing view of the Al Fahidi Fort. But what we loved most about the hotel was how attentive and welcoming the staff were. A special shoutout to Mr. Usman Khan for being so helpful. We will definitely come back!

nothing is there to like, other than there is a bed to sleep! This hotel has deteriorated significantly and is heavily occupied by nightclub visitors during the evenings, making it an unsuitable choice for families. The overall atmosphere and crowd entering the hotel are not of a desirable standard. There are many better hotel options nearby in Al Seef or Mankhool that would be worth considering instead. The hotel appears to be managed by a single owner who is unwilling to accommodate any booking amendments and offers no flexibility. The staff are rude, and the management seems unconcerned about how the hotel operates or how guests are treated. It seems the hotel’s main focus is the nightclub businesses operating on the ground floor, which dominate the property. If you consider yourself part of a middle-class or upper-middle-class clientele, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The current management standards are very poor.

Location Staff. Contacting the hotel to ask anything over the phone or message is a nightmare. The staff never picks up the phone and then they tell their phones are working fine. Disgusting

All amenities are good. Otherwise reception staff Mohammad Usman was exceptional commendable with his smiling friendly approach and went out of the way to change my room as it was a very chilly room on the first day. Breakfast the paratas were bit monotonous. Toiletries were not replaced daily until asked for.lacking bathroom slippers. The AC from the bathroom makes the room chilly.

The location was really good to walk around. The attractions were within walking distance which was convenient and perfect, since I didn’t have much time. I really appreciated that the receptionist was available 24/7, as it made me feel safe and well looked after. The staff were consistently helpful, especially Simon, Bilal, Sajjad, and Mr. Peters, who were attentive and accommodating to my needs. They were always available and willing to assist whenever I needed help. Simon, in particular, always greeted me with a big smile, even when he was clearly tired, which made a positive impression.
