The design only The Filipina old lady RUTH reception coffee shop during breakfast is very rude, unprofessional, unhappy, unapproachable worker. No manners at all. I am very disappointed. She fits perfectly in the back area. And no have smoking room and if you will go to smoking area it’s in the rooftop or outside which is soo hot you can’t smoke , and guys I have advice for you if you are planning to a romantic night there with your wife or couple don’t make the photo on booking Fool you in the real everything is old and dusty and no have chair outside no have that light they put outside all the department of food and beverage is closed except one place and it’s coffee shop . I was planning for me and my wife nice night there that we are eating dinner on the rooftop where they said on the photo have chair and light but guyssss everything of the photos is fakeeeee . This hotel I want to visit long time ago but I wait for the right time so that I will be with my wife and actually I will never went there anymore.

The staff were very nice and helpful. A special thanks to Ahmed, who was very supportive at the reception and helped make our stay comfortable. There was also a Tanzanian lady who showed us to our room. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was very helpful and welcoming as well. The only thing we did not like was that we were not provided with connecting rooms, and the rooms were quite far from each other. It would have been more convenient if our rooms had been closer together or connected

The lifeguards should be more active, attentive, and presentable while on duty. They should avoid using mobile phones during working hours, as it can distract them from their responsibilities

Spacious Restaurant was far and had to look for it and got lost

However, I would like to highlight a few areas that need immediate attention: Lifeguard: The lifeguard on duty was rude and unapproachable when interacting with guests. He would benefit from customer service and guest interaction training. Management Presence: During the busy breakfast period, I observed managers and chefs standing near the hostess desk talking while guests were waiting for buffet items to be replenished. A more hands-on approach during peak hours would greatly improve the guest experience. Omelets Station & Food Safety: The omelets station looked untidy, with an open garbage bin placed nearby. I also observed chefs wearing the same gloves while handling food, touching equipment, and using their mobile phones before continuing food preparation. This is a food safety concern and should be addressed through proper HACCP and hygiene training. The hotel has excellent potential, and with stronger operational supervision and staff training, it can deliver the high standard of service expected from an Accor-managed property. No Comments

It’s hot and most of ac not open. No room service and long check in.

You get an instant museum tour The food is not that good in evening. I was hoping the breakfast will be better, but there's no difference in evening.
