Good location with metro station across the street. The reception staff were all very friendly. The gold souq is a 10-minute walk away. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel open 24 hours a day. The journey from the airport to the hotel on the metro takes 20 minutes On the first floor of the hotel there is a nightclub and there is noise every night, try to stay on the highest floor possible, I stayed on the 6th floor and still heard noise. The wardrobe doors wouldn't open. The hotel says it has a swimming pool but it hasn't been open for a long time. The room could have been cleaned better. I stayed 11 nights and not every day they cleaned.

Mt brother liked the location, as it was near to Nasser Square The room was dirty when my brother first walked in. Even though the payment was set up cash at spot initially, this hotel tried to withdraw money from my card. they wrote me to pay quickly or they will cancel the booking while my brother was already there and had done the payment. So be careful not to have money on your card if you choose this hotel.

I like the electronic shop very friendly person The room was dirty with cockroaches The kettle rusted The shower was not hygiene After I told them about cockroaches they spray chemical on my way back I wasn't aware I have smell all these toxic while packing to change room The towel was mess smelly and dirty

The rooms were wornout and outdated and for all the services and amenities you have to ask for it everyday like water and even the bed sheet and towels were dirty and old, even their refrigerator doesn't work.
