Location The morning breakfast there was no preparation and my wife when we went down they were trying to serve just 1 or 2 dishes not what they used to serve before when we had state . when I discussed they say since not many people are staying that is a problem and since it is outsourced to someone, they don’t have a control .requested for the refund for the breakfast for that we can eat outside as they were asking us to wait for another one hour for preparation they refused to repay. I got an email now saying that if I go and stay back again, then the breakfast will be served which is not acceptable.

Not a single thing The location is terrible, the staff is terrible, I have informed them that it was my wedding day ahead of time and that I wanted to celebrate with them, and instead of welcoming us; they made us check in 3 hours later than when we wanted to, and then have placed us in a room with construction happening outside the window!! (I kid you not, look at attached photos). This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life, in 10 countries all around the world. We could not even spend the night we checked out after a couple of hours, of fear of waking up in the morning with people outside our window staring into our room! Shocked, I do not recommend to anyone.

Amazing cozy hotel. Everybody of the staff is so friendly. Polite extremely into details. The rooms are really good and the hotel is very silent to have a good rest. The reception team is very welcoming. Donald is so nice and the filipino reception team is amazing. In the iranian restaurant In the lobby special.mention to SJ, very profesional and kind. In the Hotel staff very kind and polite Saurabh and Kaung. Very very worth it to stay in this hotel. All very clean and confortable. It's a hidden gem.

Reasonable price and location Very tight bathroom

Nothing They chose their on date and they don’t cancel it they give a lame excuse.

Location is good, if you like kite beach. Just 15 minutes by walk to metro station.

Unfortunately the rooms are not as sound proof as you’d expect but personally it didn’t bother me.

The lobby looked ok. The fragrance from the machines they put in the hallway were extremely strong and overpowering. There was a bad smell in the room from the AC that smelled like mold so I kept the AC off for my whole stay. The room looked clean enough but wear and tear on a lot of different things. The bathroom is very small. The bed was okay.

Location, very clean Booked last minute just before arrival as I urgently needed a room. I arrived at 02:40 on the 19th, but I’ve been told that the hotel system was still on the 18th and reservations for the 19th started only at 09:00, so they couldn’t check me in with my booking. The only option was to create a new one at reception and I to pay again on a higher rate. As result: I paid twice for the room, in the same hotel, and i also paid extra. Why do i have to go thought that if the “system” is not my problem?

Excellent service. Marwa at the reception was extremely helpful in looking after us and Tarun , who looks after breakfast at the restaurant was also very helpful.

Very nice boutique hotel, cosy and clean. Excellent location in Dubai near the beach. Very friendly staff, special thanks to Marwa and Saurabh for your kindness. I will be back!
