Honestly I was surprised and disappointed after staying for one night. I was celebrating an occasion and left rushing to go home. On our checkin day we went to the beach to find out it was closed and that everyone is to go to Summersalt for beach access. Would’ve been nice to know in advance for such things. Nevertheless we went there but the service wasn’t great. Simple things like honey wasn’t available, we were given filthy napkins and a cutlery set to eat with, we were also double charged for an item. All in all it passed where we gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt as it’s meant to be a Jumeirah brand. The second day I woke up to my credit card being charged 2 times more than at check in, and I thought something must’ve been up and I’ll deal with it at checkout time. During breakfast I messaged their “concierge” WhatsApp that reached out to me in the first place asking if we needed any help and I requested for a late check out to spend the day by the beach, my request was done during breakfast at 9.30 the mentioned they’ll get back to me and no one did, I followed up an hour later and they promised the same and again it fell on deaf ears, after an hour again I messaged again and i was told they can’t help and that I have to go to the reception (which was quite a walk away I wasn’t going to leave the beach to go ask this question and come back) it’s an inconvenience to ask that of the guest after 3 hours of waiting. Nonetheless we decided to just check out and leave on time. We went to the room to our surprise all are items, bags, toiletries, hung cloths have been taken from the room. And at this point I was getting frustrated so I called the front desk and asked for a supervisor and my bags back at once so we can change and leave. Again this fell on deaf ears and I went after 30 mins down to the front desk to see what was going on and to my surprise no one even informed them.

This was one of the best holidays in my life! And one of the best hotels ever! It is not just about hotel, just about stuff, it’s about EVERYTHING. Someone really thought about every single detail and really make sure you feel like you’re in some kind of paradise! And btw this was the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced in my whole life!

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious with stunning sea views, and every detail was taken care of with elegance.
