Unfortunately, the main pool was under renovation during our stay, and we were not informed prior to arrival. This was quite disappointing, as access to the main pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Better communication in advance would have helped us manage expectations and plan accordingly.

Beautiful resort atmosphere with peaceful waterways, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The entire property feels very private, relaxing, and luxurious. The buggy service and beach access were also very convenient. Nothing, I liked everything

The location the room it was amazing wasn’t satisfied with the butler service in our room, as I found her not very helpful. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly and the room felt warm.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Everything was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our butler, Ashis, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the facilities were wonderful for our daughter, and the hotel itself is truly one of the best in Dubai. With multiple beaches, stunning pools, and views overlooking the Souq and the Burj Al Arab, it felt like a dream. We even enjoyed taking the boat directly from our room to visit them.

We had a wonderful stay. We dined in many of the restaurants and the food, ambience and service was excellent. We were very well looked after by the butler in our villa and the staff from front reception to pool were kind, friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in Palm House “lagoon Room” (65 sqm) with a terrace (villa24) for 3 nights. My Room was Spacious and comfortable and my bathroom was total luxury. The bathroom was equipped with the high-end Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer. I was warmly greeted by a beautiful Mexican lady (Alexa ) upon arrival to my room (morning butler). Mr Saleem (India) from porterage handled my luggage quickly and Mr Ibrahim (Egypt) from reception did the checked in process smoothly. Rooms are located in Villas, Villas are reached by boat or golf buggy (walking is possible) and each is served by a male or female butler (available 24 hour). Each villa has a courtyard with a fountain, for gathering or socializing with guests. Big thank you for Mr Shahed Hussain from Bangladesh (buggy rider), for his ultimate service and cheerfulness. Mr Malik from Villa 24 was super helpful and professional. . Ritu Dalmia I had a vegetarian lunch at Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia, serving traditional north Indian dishes. I had “my all time favorite of” tasty dhal (Lentil stew) with fluffy rice. The dhal was flavorful & spicy with shreds of ginger. . SFēRA Salon I had a service done at the salon by lady Samantha, this lady did a great job and I received a fantastic service. Lady buthyna (reception) was very welcoming. . I can not wait to come back to this amazing resort and super staff Warm AC in my room
