Bathroom door not can’t be closed

1228 on the executive floor is not ok. So, for the executive floor, it needs to be something special, like amenities, or you can put some proper towels, sleepers. The toilet smells very bad, does not work properly wokrs, and the water does not go down to a normal level.

whole atmosphere is very nice, the staff is very friendly, and we love being there with my family. Especially, we got really lovely memories when we just moved to Dubai; we stayed in Novotel for a month in a family suite. Breakfast is good, but dinner branches are really, really weak

The bed was extremely comfortable The general attitude of all staff, room cleanliness, lack of facilities and additional cost for everything including a spoon. The location is not central - I misjudged the distance/amount of time it would take to get from the hotel to the main attractions

The overall stay was below expectations. Basic amenities and utilities were not provided proactively and had to be requested multiple times. In addition, the housekeeping and cleanliness standards were not satisfactory, as the room was not cleaned properly and lacked attention to detail. There is significant room for improvement in both service responsiveness and housekeeping quality.

Stains on the sofa bed and left over chicken under the cushions in the dining area and the buffet was super disappointing with very few options for expats. All food were Arabic and Indian focused. The did not even have butter in stock for the toast. The only had 1 meat option for breakfast and they took it away for 45 min. Croissants were not stocked and lots of food options seemed depleted at 7 in the morning. Unacceptable.
