I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying again.

Location is good. about 10 min to the metro station. 24H market near the apartments. The staff is attentive. The internet speed is low. Soundproofing is terrible. There was an ironing board but no iron.

Except for the location and the response of two staff members Mr. Shahrukh and Mr. Imran no one was good 1. Attitude of the evening shift staff was horrible 2. Rooms were damp and not cleaned at all 3. Toilets were stinking, and the drains were clogged 4. No doormats found anywhere we had to ask for everything 5. No service in the night shift not even water was available 6. Only 1 person available for any service in the night 7. The bedsheets are torn 8. The kettle had fungus 9. The fridge door couldn't be closed 10. The fridge was not at all cleaned or defrosted.
