Location between village of jumeirah, reception not responding fast , all rooms telephone not working and can’t call from room to room, not offering extra bed, gym mixed, water park toys not very attractive and old

Available self Parking ! I felt that the money I paid was not worthy for the stay and services provided … despite I booked via booking.com 10 days before stay … I was disappointed that the rate was lower rate in the same day and the hotel management refused to make any upgrade despite I informed them that I paid a lot and they said sorry you booked via a third party which is booking.com !!

- Fast check-in process and very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Thank you Mr. Prabin! - Food was amazing. And good restaurant ambience. The F&B staff were very nice and welcoming! Thank you Mr. Basheed! - It is a Family friendly Hotel. The amenities for kids is amazing and the safety is absolute! The Lifeguards on duty were very alert and approachable. - The rooms are big, so spacious and very clean! Kudos to the Housekeeping, thank you! - There are 3 pools, the mini waterpark for the kids. The Pool Bar and The infinity Pool. Very great for Families. NONE!

Everything was perfect. I wish I would have more starts to give. It was an excellent stay. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful. My toddler cried when we left the pool. It was a fantastic place for him. The dinner was tastier than we ever expected. Try chicken breast or their biriani if you are staying for dinner. Just FAN-TAS-TIC Everything was perfect. There is nothing we didn’t like.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel does not meet five-star standards. The bathroom was not clean upon check-in, the curtains were dirty, and the bed felt dusty. Cleanliness and service were far below expectations. I do not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

The room allows for a place to relax, I don't mean a bed. It would be nice to have a sofa for sitting.

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel, it was quite and cosy, the kids spent lots of time at the different swimming pools, specially the one with sliders, special thanks to Robert and Prabin at front desk, they were extremely friendly and welcoming, they helped us with finding linking rooms and with the late checkouts.

The staff are very accomodating and hospitable. We celebrated our son’s birthday here and he loves it! This is a family friendly hotel and we had a great experience! nothing.
