The St. Regis Downtown, Dubai

The room itself is very nice, air conditioning is very good and the overall cleanliness of the room Check in service was not good for me, they kept me waiting for almost 40 min to check in only which was extremely shocking for me as this is a 5 stars hotel, and I was standing the whole waiting time as all the available seats were busy. I was expecting a smoother check in services

The hotel was lovely overall, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was that our room was on a lower floor, where the music from the pool lounge and shisha area was quite loud. We asked if it was possible to move to a higher floor, and the team was very accommodating and arranged the room change for us, which we truly appreciated. However, there was a small issue during the transfer. Our original room was checked out in the system before we had finished moving our belongings, so the electricity was switched off while we were still packing. We had to finish packing in the dark using our phone flashlights, and even the staff member helping us with the luggage had to use his phone flashlight. Apart from that, everything else was great. I hope the room transfer process can be handled a little more smoothly in the future. Thank you to the team for their assistance and hospitality. Keep in mind that the hotel is located on the creek, so there is some noise from yachts and boats during the day. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a quieter atmosphere, it’s something to be aware of.

The staff were professional and welcoming, the hotel is beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent. The rooms are elegant and the overall service reflects the St. Regis brand. The biggest issue was the room temperature. I stayed in two different rooms under two separate bookings, and both rooms remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the air conditioning. I woke up sweating on both nights, which significantly affected my sleep and overall comfort. For a luxury hotel of this standard, I expected much better climate control.

Calm and cozy and clean When I wanted to order food at midnight form the hotel's restaurant there was no menu and I called the reception they didn't provide me with anything, they didn't help at all, which I disliked and might not be come again even though I liked the calmness, the coziness and the vibes of the hotel, it matches my personality a lot.

first of all they knew me that i booked a hotel two years back and I requested the same room they provided to me with no extra costs!! my stay was phenomenal the room just perfect for relax, usually it took me 30mins to have a sleep but here only 5mins the bed was so comfy and their staff are so polite even the lobby's cafe staff. that i checked out

A highly recommended hotel for a visit to Dubai. The staff are exceptional, very helpful and make your stay even more enjoyable. The room is an experience in itself: very comfortable, with a bathroom where no detail has been overlooked and unbeatable views. The hotel offers every amenity. Breakfast is excellent and varied, with service that matches the rest of the hotel.

Dim lights in the room. You need flash light to move around!! The pool was small and no kids pool..

The hotel is not kids friendly and there are a lot of improvements that need to be considered from kids club to pool. My daughter was injured due to the metal stairs and had to take her to hospital. They should use material that are kids friendly or not to allow kids to swim as it was very dangerous. Even after the incident the team didn’t know how to deal with it.
