The front desk was efficient, especially Shanil was very helpful. Nice and clean room. Excellent place to stay. Great breakfast as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The room and the staffs. Maybe its not we didn’t like, we understand that the restaurant is authentic indian food but atleast they have a section for other type of food.

It was a horrible experience. Rooms too dirty. Everywhere cockroaches and other bugs. Too much disturbing night i had The room was worst and not clean. Muddy water coming from tap and shower. Room full of cockroaches. Omg I survived a horrible night

Rooms are spacious and very clean. It’s value for money. Staffs are very friendly; especially Sreekumar whose hospitality was very warm.

I want to report here one of the worst experiences in hotels that my wife and I had here in the Emirates, I have been a resident for 10 years in the UAE, and for the first time I felt a victim of prejudice for being a foreigner (Brazilian). The hotel seems to me of Indian origin, and we noticed the difference in treatment right at the reception at check-in, because everyone was looking impatient when talking to me and with their faces full of smiles and attention to other people who were by our side because they were Indians. I felt very bad about the situation, but as we were only going to spend one night, my wife and I didn't see any problems at first. When we went up to the room, a huge musty smell inside the room, carpet with dirty marks, bathroom did not drain the water down the drain and the shower took more than 30 minutes to heat up, we had to call the maintenance to solve it, it took more than 20 minutes to arrive and solve it. When going up and down the elevator, a very strong smell of food, the restaurant on the first floor, (Indian too), but the smell went up some floors in the corridors. Very small and narrow parking lot, you have to be very careful not to hit your car and other people's cars. Receptionists, security guards and even the cleaning staff look at you with a face of contempt, unless you are Indian, then they treat you well. In all the hotels we stayed in these 10 years here, they always gave us an extra departure time, because we always arrived at night long after the check-in time, this time we checked in at 8:30pm, at 11:00am they called us to the room to check out 12:00pm, I asked for one more hour and directly they refused or they would charge me another daily rate if I passed 12:00pm. Not to mention that in the morning they make a lot of noise in the corridors, in addition to the external noise from the street.

Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom spacious Weird smell in lobby and in general, not sure if it was a spray they were using or something. Area is not so good, lots car horns honked even late at night
