Better than other hotels The bed mattress moves and does not seem to be properly secured. The water in the shower area does not drain properly because the shower floor is not level. As a result, water pools instead of flowing toward the drain.

The location is close from Burjuman Mall with easy access of RTA buses. We were just disappointed for we booked a non-smoking room but the whole room smelled cigarette smoke.

The breakfast was very well arranged. We liked all the items served. Dinner wasn't up to our expectation with rice finishing at 8pm itself. It was as if the food was available only if we come at 7pm.

Rooms are big and clean. The pool is nice but better if they could extend the pool timings during summer at least till 7pm because its still bright and early during that time. I hope they could also increase the choices of their morning buffet. Staff are attentive and accommodating.
