Its was our second stay here, as before meticulously clean , great price for connecting rooms including breakfast. Staff was nice, professional, it took time for check in but waiting was okay with cookies the gave and great lobby . Breakfast was good , lots of varieties Keep in mind pool is extremely cold . Kids and adult pool are freezing, would be nice to keep temp a bit higher because its not a pleasant “cool” its too cold . Washroom had sewage smell , especially if we went out from the room for some time and came back

There is no valet parking. The reception staff are not friendly, and my check in is very bad experience. Only the security staff are good at hospitality.

Quite big room, sound proof rooms, hospitality, all reception staffs are professional and friendly. Location, pit old bathroom towels and services, no valet parking service and need to updated the TV channels.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious with excellent amenities, and the location made it easy to get around Dubai. Breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and well-managed. Nothing significant.

Location, cleanliness, room spaces and the breakfast The swimming pool at the 19th floor made us disappointed, but we enjoyed the other one located in Mezzanine floor.

The stay was excellent The breakfast / dinner buffet seems limited in options related to a 5 star property. Since the stay was budget rated , same with the food also. That was only thing I felt a bit of low.
