I like to say inside all things are ver very good Too much noise outside of hotel,specially room 208 i stay,but infronf of my room labours noise too much,so we didi not sleep well.

They don’t have what rooms I booked was not available so I accept other room cos we arrived late and we have no chance to look for hotels .. I am sorry to say the room was not hot and not clean

Spacious rooms We had to asked for towels and there were fewer cups for us than number of guests and when we asked about it at the reception ,they couldn't make it.

Well, it was Gulfood exhibition, of course prices were not according reality)) At reception a girl was kind. The location is near to Gold Souq st. (it like 500m. away) which was suitable for us. Breakfast not included, need more 500m. to reach nice indian cafe

All the staff were helpful, especially Abu Bakr. Doors could be better soundproofed, did get alot of notice from the corridor

The staff are very helpful and professional, so I would give 10 to the staff. The room is in bad conditions, run down, mouldy and smelly, the carpet is extremely dirty. The towels were clean and the sheets were washed, but stained. The price did not match what I had booked, I was charged + 3% because I paid with a credit card, which was not initially disclosed by Booking.com
