The facilities were not good. No room service. You had to ask multiple times for bathroom tissue and towel. Even after asking it was not provided on time

Very helpful and friendly staff. On my departure, the woman in charge came out with me to the street in order to help me flag down a taxi.

I liked the most the location of the hotel, and the owner was very welcoming and friendly, the room was very clean. the hotel does not have restuarant. the staff not asking permission before they enter my room. I don't think they are doing intentionally but they need more training on this issue.

There was no restaurant and when I checked in the bed was dirty but I changed it. The fridge was loud so I unplugged it to go to sleep

I didn't like it all....the television is not working,, alot of things that can't do inside,, it's my first hotel to incounter that your not allowed to eat Inside,, no option for smoking ,, not allowed to have stain on bed sheets,,, bed is not comfortable to sleep for couple , because they just connect the two single bed to become an queen size so if your moving the bed split together ?...they don't have complete toiletries.....staff in the receptionist is not good... we've wait for 40 minutes before to go in our room....
