Room facilities: I was given an old room with outdated appliances, including an old dishwasher and washing machine. Most of the sanitary fixtures were blocked or not functioning properly. This was disappointing, especially since I book very frequently and have previously been given much more updated rooms.

The location and access to the beach and dubai marina. The room sizes and the customer service is very good! The kitchen is fully equipped. We were able to cook and eat comfortably. Also we get to use the facilities of the Hilton JBR Beach hotel. It’s a bit hot or warm on the apartment. The AC is not functioning well. The masters bedroom seems like no air is coming out and my kids were sweaty the whole night. We asked for AC technician. They came but didn’t really made any difference on what they did on the AC.

Elevators are too late you can wait around 25 minutes to move from your room to the lobby and another 20 minutes if you want to go the pool hotel was so crowded pool and beach so crowded

The AC during the evening and bedtime seems to be not working. Maybe the hotel was controlling it. It was warm and uncomfortable.
