I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! only there is no dishwashing liquid?.

entrance is complicated

The breakfast was truly exceptional — honestly one of the best I’ve experienced, with a wide variety of coffees, teas, juices, desserts, salads, and fresh fruits. It felt like real value for money, far beyond what the price suggests. I also loved the convenience of the apartment lift leading directly to the restaurant, and the studio room itself was outstanding, fully equipped with silent appliances and everything needed for cooking, making me even consider a monthly stay. I experienced two issues with HK entering my room without following proper procedure. On Sunday, 28th June, between 11:00am and 3:00pm, a HK staff with a trolley rang the bell once and immediately opened the door while I was getting dressed up to respond. On Monday or Tuesday, between 10:45am and 12:00pm, a female HK staff member, dressed in a jacket and appearing to be a supervisor, rang the bell once and opened the door without waiting; she quickly walked away when she heard me approaching. These incidents were disturbing, especially because my wife is a deep sleeper and could easily be unaware of someone entering the room. I strongly recommend reinforcing training on room‑entry SOPs. Ring, Wait, Knock, Announce, and only Enter after confirmation, to ensure guest privacy and safety. Additionally, both steam flat irons provided were internally dirty, and the steam released stained my white t‑shirt. Even after replacing the iron after sharing this experience at the reception, the second one had the same issue. I recommend HK to periodically test steam irons by flushing them to remove any dirt or residues before placing them in rooms / apartments to avoid damaging guests’ clothes.

قمت بطلب غرفة عائليه تم اعطائي غرفة فندقية في مبنى منفصل و بعيد عن المبنى الاخر يحتوي على شقه تم التفاوض مع الفندق بشرط شرط غرفه فندقيه بنفس سعر الشقه الفندقية الفارق تقريبا 18 ريال عماني قمت برفض الطلب ولكن سياسة الفندق عن الالغاء يتم خصم كامل المبلغ قمت بالاتصال ب فريق بوكنج حيث لا توجد لديه صلاحية للتغيير و بعد انتظار 3 ساعات قام الفندق بقبول طلب الالغاء المجاني

A/C was not getting cold. It stayed at 23 degrees only even though we adjusted it.

The food area, it's crowded and not much organized from what I've expected. Lack of replenishment to refill the food.

Everything was great!! The service was wonderful!! The kitchen was amazing!! The apartment was wonderful!! This is our second time here and it definitely won't be our last!! that we had to return home after a week..

Stayed in apartments. It was clean and spacious rooms , service was excellent. Swimming pool is smaller than expected.

Property was clean, gym was nice, staff are friendly. Pool is small, it was open only til 7:45pm which was a very limited time. There was no dental kit, no tissue boxes and no slippers provided.

Its budget friendly If u have a bigger vacation plan its a no.. its a budget friendly stay if u don want to spend too much on stay

Reception are very informative, efficient and very eager to give the best service. We booked for 1 bedroom and they upgraded is to 2 bedrooms without additional charges. Check out was also smooth, probably the smoothest, we gave the cards to the guy who brought us the luggage trolley and thats it! Nothing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Jumeirah. The location was excellent and very convenient. We selected an apartment, and it was spacious, comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with our choice. the breakfast had limited choices, and we felt there could be more variety. The swimming pool was also quite small & crowded compared to our expectations

Everything , especially breakfast was excellent Car parking was less and it’s difficult to find available car parking for hotel guest
