We stay here all the time and usually it’s so lovely! This time the air conditioner and lights kept turning on and off and the bathroom door was stuck and didn’t close. And the hot tub wasn’t working the whole weekend, and it’s been broken the past several weekends too. I still recommend it, and we’ll stay there again, but the need to get the hot tub fixed!! It’s the main reason we stay there!

First they got me to stay on the first floor which the window faces the parking lot so anyone can see you. The A/C wasn’t working properly so I changed rooms. The bed sheets had a stain, shower wasn’t clean and the toilet broke. Not worth the money.

Great value for a fairly new or recently updated hotel. My daughter loved playing in the pool and going in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the hills from our room. The style is modern and sleek and comfortable. We also appreciated that they are pet friendly and we could bring our pup.

The hotel was newer. Centrally located around shops and restaurants. Only downfall was ants around the water fixtures in the bathroom area

Location - close to shopping and restaurants Not much balls were a little thin, but did not disturb sleep

Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Power outage (apparently a periodic problem in that city) caused elevators and A/C to stop. Walking up and down 4 floors repeatedly was a problem I. 90° weather, too. Stuff was not helpful and 3 separate calls to 5e hotel manager were never returned.

Location was great for what we needed as a family. We went out for breakfast, IHOP is an 8 minute drive away. Lots of shopping and restaurants within a short distance. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and just what we needed for one night as a family of four. We wanted to be close to SFO as we flew home the next day. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was that the beds were probably not as firm I am used to. My back was a little sore but soon remedied when my husband took me for a mobility session outdoors
