I really like this hotel it is very close to my 95-year-old mother the staff was great Well for the price I wish they had a pool and more for breakfast and it would be nice to provide sugar and cream with the coffee maker the manager could have been a little more polite I just didn't understand the way her approach was towards me as a 75-year old black woman with disabilities last but not least poopy on the floor is not acceptable

Love the staff another thing I love is that you guys provide kitchen utensils refrigerator microwave and stove and you're close to everything more things to the staff Nothing I did not like that day unless I can say I wish everything in the world was cheaper always wish u have a pool

Location offered several eating establishments within walking distance. Fortunately, woman at checkout was able to refund the overcharge made at check-in. There were no plates or utensils in kitchen. Shower was not clean. Breakfast on the go was barely that (only instant oatmeal or a small packaged muffin with coffee). Check-in staff incorrectly charged me for room after I had prepaid it. Several light fixtures in room were non -functional. Only bar soaps in bathroom, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Employees some of the guests the stove refrigerator the things like utensils pots and pans this world of course the dollar amount could be cheaper room and gas some of the other guess can be a little rude it's not cool that they live in dog poop hopefully it was dog poop in the hallway only because the kids was in the hallway undressed and then they left a lot of trash outside

Staff was very kind. Only stayed one night. Room had a little kitchenette with stove, fridge and microwave, which would be nice for a longer stay. Grab and go breakfast was underwhelming. Would stay again.

Amenities in the room. Location was great too. Walkable to a lot for dinner and breakfast. Wifi was bad. Cell service was a bit wonky in the city overall though.

The hallways smelt like urine, especially on levels 1 and 3. Rooms were basic & spacious however outdated. Breakfast was individual muffins and oatmeal. No other selection. No soaps in the room, had to ask front desk. We had issues with our AC in the middle of the night & called to report in the morning. The staff questioned why I didn’t call when I noticed, and they could have done something about in. Customer service was terrible. Although the location of this place was convenient, my family and I will not be staying at this location again.

It had the worst pee smell ever!!! The floors were coming up. There was burnt black marks on the toilet. The free breakfast was hot water and oatmeal packets. No soap or shampoo or lotion or body wash.

I woke up with insect bites and asked the front desk to check me out and verbally in person they said yes. The reservation was initially for 3 weeks but I requested to check out because of the bites I developed the first night. 10 days later I am still not checked out and obviously not refunded. This extended stay stopped taking my calls and is not replying to my messages. As if they are dodging to check me out because they will lose $2000. They're quick to check you in but will never give a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THE PLACE IS UNSANITARY.

The corridors and rooms had a musty smell. The rooms were not clean. There were dead bugs strewn around the floor and ceiling.
