Great place A bit far from center and internet not good

It's a really good place to stay in Dubrovnik. All of it was pretty good. The only thing is the location, due to the closest store is 10 min away. (It has a lot of stairs due to its located in the hill) and it's recommended to take Uber or public transport to go to the old town or another places

Icy House is very nicely furnished with large, clean, comfortable rooms. Host was very nice and helpful. Bed was a bit too soft for my preference, but I'm sure it is fine for many others.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the necessary facilities were provided both in the room and in the kitchen, making the stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The view from the balcony was nice. The overall place was clean. The bathroom looked brand new. Mateo did a nice job explaining the city to us. I paid a little extra and really thought we were getting the place with the hot tub on the balcony. We were on the top floor with a nice view, but no hot tub. There was no table and chairs inside, so when it rained, no where to sit and have a drink and a snack. The coffee maker was not in the room with us, it was like 5 flights down in the reception area. Lastly, while the unit was clean, there were two large yellowish stains on the duvet.

Excellent view, and the jacuzzi was magical. Only one apartment (Icy) has the jacuzzi so make sure you book the right one if that is what you are looking for! The bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washing machine and dish washer came in very handy. The satellite TV channels were all in German. Not a big issue as we didn't spend much time watching TV, but on the few occasions after a busy day out, it would have been nice to watch something at night that you could actually understand. The WiFi was also poor from time to time, but again not a big issue if you are not spending much screen time.

Clean and tidy, nice backyard with cats and turtles, our son loved them.

The staff was helpful and kind. The room was a great size and the view from the balcony was amazing. You could watch the sun set right over the ocean. The common area was very peaceful and accommodating too. Everything was great but the wifi. That was not strong enough.

Very clean and modern accomodation, close to old town and beach if you don't mind some elevation. Owner is very helpful and mindful. Kitchen is super completed with everything. Overall, great experience!

Fantastic host, great, cleam room, amazing views from room and shared spaces, kitchen was also great and we really appreciated delicious coffee Only water in shower was a bit cold late at night, but it wasnt a problem to shower earlier so it was fine

The host was very friendly and polite, they let us check in earlier and explained everything in detail! The view was amazing and the property very clean. The house is not easily accessible if you don’t have a car. The only bus that you can take passes every one hour and walking to house’s location requires climbing many steep steps. Also there was no hot water and internet was very slow.

The studio was perfect for our stay. Bright, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She provided great recommendations on what you see. The location is 20 min walk as mentioned. Easy to Uber both ways to old town or just the return. We walked both ways and enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Beware of checking into a garden view room, the entire ceiling and walls are covered in mold due to lack of ventilation. It is suggested to open the window into some creepy utility room with quite loud sounds and possibility smb can see you naked. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude, when I asked to be moved, I was told that such a possibility is only available tomorrow, when I said that it would suit me, I was immediately told that they had mixed things up and it would be better if I moved out altogether and they were ready to return my money for 2 nights, while at the time of this magical offer I had still prepaid 3 nights, and still some hours of the first day. When I said that this did not suit me, without my consent they painted the ceiling in the bathroom, when I returned to the room in the evening, it stank terribly of chemicals and paint. This is the kind of hospitality in Croatia. The water is heated only by solar panels, 3 days out of 4 it was cloudy and therefore I had to wash with practically cold water. To which I also received the answer that this is normal. I have been to more than 50 countries and this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards tourists.
