Loved it. Clean and spacious with everything you need. Perfect location. Easy access to old town and the beach I will be staying here when I come back. Only thing was there wasn’t any spare trash bags when we took the trash out. Other than that perfect stay!

Beds are soo unconfortable. Wifi is slow(in bedroom it wont work at all). There is no parking. Bathtub is under roof so you can't stand up and shower.

Excellent location, excellent contact with staff, excellent cleanness but the slant of the roof was no joke. All of us banged our heads at least 3 times during 3 day stay, even the 2 year old. It affected every room, sofa was unsittable, you need to shower in half crouch and if you got up too quickly you would hit your head and two people couldn't pass each other in the kitchen. On photos the apartment looks much more spacious, but much of that space is unusable in day to day life.

Fantastic location only meters from lapad beach, which was perfect without pool. all facilities on ground floor of building eg supermarket, bakery etc. Bus no.4 to old city just at side of building leaving every 20 mins.

Parking. Proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping, and amenities Couldn’t stand up in the shower because of the angled ceilings. Could get into the building from the garage without going outside, but no access to the car from inside the building. Key (or fob?) missing. So would have to go outside and click our way into the garage then walk under the building through the garage lot to the car.

The apartment is very spacious, really comfortable for a big family, very well equipped, with a perfect location, just a few minutes away from the wonderful sea, with a grocery store right in the building and a stop for a bus to the old town across the road. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! I'm sorry but the floor was unexpectedly very dirty, we had to wear slippers to walk on it. The washing mashine didn't work fine: it didn't drain the water, so we had to wring the laundry by hand. All the rest was just perfect!

I would strongly advise against staying at this property in Dubrovnik. At 200 euros per night, you'd expect at least some semblance of value for money. Alas, my lofty expectations were dashed. I stay in over 50 hotels a year, and this one is now firmly on my blacklist. Consider yourself warned. Firstly, let's talk comfort. While the apartment is spacious, it's about as cozy as a cold shower. There’s no lift, so enjoy lugging your bags up the stairs. And did I mention it’s essentially an attic? Get ready to duck in some parts of the flat, unless you enjoy bumping your head. The kitchen stove is tucked away in a corner, making cooking a delightful game of Twister. The microwave is bizarrely located in the living room, because why not? Oh, and the taps in both the sink and shower drain at a snail's pace. The decor? Think IKEA showroom meets zero effort. Check-in and check-out times are a hoot: 10am check-out and 3pm check-in, with no luggage storage. How thoughtful! Nothing screams hospitality like being stranded with your bags. The crowning glory, however, is the management team. They excel in demanding "understanding" for their own incompetence. Despite a 3pm check-in, we found ourselves roasting on the street because the apartment wasn’t ready. When I dared to ask for a partial refund, I was met with the kind of sarcasm that really completes a vacation. Their customer service is so abysmal, it’s almost impressive. When I inquired about luggage storage, I was bluntly told, "check-in is at 3pm." No tips, no solutions, just pure, unadulterated indifference. And when 3pm became 3:30pm because the cleaning staff was "doing their best," my patience reached its limit. For 200 euros a night, one might expect a modicum of professionalism. Silly me. The location was great - just in front of the beach and great views, neighbourhood with lots of amenitiies. Easy to get to the old city by bus - you could also walk if you enjoy a long walk. We went in April and it was great weather and not very busy. The ceiling was slanted and that can be uncomfortable for tall people. The hosts would have given us other options when we asked, but we couldn't take it due to our plans.

Great location, close to the beach. Supermarket and bus station really close. Really dirty, they didn't properly clean the apartment before we came. We came in the evening after whole day of travelling and had to wipe the floors because they were disgusting. I moved the bed to the wall so my kid doesn't fall from the bed and found lot of trash underneath including some really disgusting stuff that you don't want to see under the bed where you will sleep. It's really unbelievable that they call this luxury or deluxe apartment. I wrote them about this and they didn't even reply. Also lot of things are broken. Heating didn't work, there are holes in the wall, there is a freezer which is impossible to use because it's full of ice and can't be opened, lot of dishes was broken, windows shutters were broken. It's too loud in the apartment even with closed windows you can hear every car passing by. They forgot to leave us the remote for the garage. On the next day they brought us the remote which then had an empty battery so you had to press 20 times to open the garage doors. There is no coffee machine. I know people in Dubrovnik drink Turkish coffee but when you rent an apartment to tourists you have to provide a coffee machine especially when you can buy a filter coffee machine for 20€. All in all the apartment has a lot of potential but the company taking care of it doesn't care at all. Finding such a dirty apartment is a no go.

Apartment floors were not clean. Also mattraces in master bedroom are worn out and need to change. The same for sofa in the living room. Property is at the same level as street, can be noisy.
