Staff were extremely friendly, and the location is great. Loved the promenade with many restaurants, and the beach is very close by. Rooms are clean. No direct access by car since the hotel is located on a pedestrian-only street. The parking was a bit confusing, but the staff saved the day and helped with everything. The hotel is bare-bones and a bit dated.

The entire staff had an amazing attitude not only professional but friendly and caring! The place is located in a beautiful street with a lot of movement but it would have not been as memorable without the company of everyone there

I had two beds in my room. In one of them, the mattress was terribly soft. Luckily I was alone so I used only the second bed, which the mattress was a bit better.

The location along a pedestrian path with good restaurants all around, a DM supermarket close by, and close to a Libertas bus stop was great. The staff were so nice. The breakfast was great. The hotel has a great family feel in case you don’t want to stay in a big chain hotel. It’s walking distance to either old city or the good beaches. Everything was great.

Great location, you can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes, easy access to other places by bus, car or on foot, the area is perfect for a family vacation surrounded by nice restaurants, cafes and last but not least, a stunning view of the beach. The hotel itself offers a warm/homely atmosphere and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time as a family and I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to come back again.

Breakfast was really good. A wide selection of options. Made with lots of care. I loved it. Staff were very friendly and respectful. Somewhere to plug in my phone beside the bed. I suggested that to the owner’s son and he said he would look into it.

Room was quite small for 3. Washroom was even smaller….Wifi was spotty, kept dropping out. Lost our in room tv services for 3 days, until we inquired a second time and different front desk person, he came up and within an hour he had it working again. First guy we asked couldn’t have cared less, he said the reason we didn’t have tv was because the owner didn’t pay the bill for tv and internet.

The hotel has its own restaurant. While it is away from Dubrovnik old town, it can be reached by Uber (~$10 one way). The front desk lady was very helpful. Parking is tricky. It is 5 minutes away from the hotel and you need hotel staff to go with you to get into the garage and it is not free. It is challenging to even unload and load luggage as there isn’t a secure place near hotel.
