All the facilities, except the pool area ( overcrowded ) Short distance to the beach Warm welcome on arrival The staff in the bar/restaurant lack warmth and seem to operate on autopilot. Unless you actively raise your hand more than once no one bothers to check whether you’d like to order, even right after you’ve sat down. Every simple request feels like an imposition…asking for the bill means waiting, asking for something extra means waiting again etc Everything is slow and reactive rather than attentive. In summary, the F&B staff seem rather young, perhaps seasonal and inexperienced. On the food side, breakfast was a highlight …rich and generous. The à la carte dishes, however were only average, both in flavor and portion size.

Beautiful new property with excellent rooftop pool
-
Nice new hotel by many restaurants and a nice beach A bit further than I expected from old town - but still walkable in about 30 minutes

Nice new hotel. Great location away from the old town. Close to the beach and boardwalk with tons of restaurants. Nice rooftop pool and restaurant.

Very Clean with Great location

The entire stay was incredibly friendly. We were delighted with the welcome cookies that were served at the beginning. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Booking and accommodation at Sol Restaurant at the last minute was an unforgettable experience. The vibe, where it is, and how close it is to other cool spots and people.

The place is stunning in general. Great facilities that make the stay so worthwhile and plenty of things to do. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is spectacular, the ambiance; everything. The spa is fabulous, had a stress relief massage and loved it. The pool is fantastic and has a great view. N/a

The hotel was absolutely immaculate , the bedroom and bathrooms had ample space and the balcony was a really good size as well. The rooftop pool was lovely a little bit cold but the sun bed area was completely unobstructed so you got sun the whole day round. The gym was also well equipped with a bar + dumbbells and cardio machines Despite the positives there were a few minor issues that ultimately negatively impacted our stay at the hotel. When we arrived, a new sunbed booking system had just been introduced, and it was complete chaos. Once a sunbed was booked, there was no option to cancel the reservation, nor was there a way to complete a booking after leaving the sunbed area. As a result, sunbeds were reserved very quickly and were often shown as fully booked, even when some appeared to be unused. On holiday, plans are naturally flexible and can change from day to day, so it is often difficult to know exactly what you’ll be doing several days in advance. However, with this system, we would have to reserve sunbeds up to two days ahead. If plans changed, there was no way to cancel the reservation, meaning the sunbed remained unavailable to other guests despite not being used. With this system the staff were clearly doing their best, but they were inadequately trained on this new system and understandably struggled to manage the confusion it created , on numerous occasions from the sun bed area we were privvy to either the complaints of guests at staff or the panicking of staff due to a sunbed shortage or a problem with the system. This didn’t make for the most relaxing of environments and it’s not an expectation to hear raised voices continuously throughout the day While the hotel staff were generally polite, there were occasions when they came across as somewhat overbearing. For example, while we were sitting in the outdoor restaurant area simply relaxing for around 15 minutes, we were approached on three separate occasions and asked if everything was okay, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable considering we were guests of the hotel and had actually purchased an ice cream from the patisserie which was part of the larger hotel complex. Overall, the hotel itself was excellent and had the potential to be a 10/10 experience.

The cleaniness, the breakfast is excellent, brand new hotel The fan in the bathroom is veru loud and impossible not to switch it on

Overall, exceptional hotel!

Staff was friendly. Was very clean except for previous guest hairs on the bathroom floor. Horrible coffee. Get rid of those machines. Menu at the pool needs help! Needs to be healthy and focused on pool type food. Salads w salmon or chicken, chicken/salmon and veggies skewers. Hamburger/chicken sandwich. Thin crust pizza. Fruit and cheese plate. Quac/salsa and chips. Fried Calamari, maybe a couple different healthy smoothies.

The hotel facility The staff needs more training in dealing with customers. Restaurant's staff lacks the skill required to deal with customers. Food quality average or below average. Breakfast area have many people working but still tables do not get clear and many staff members do not understand English including cook that cooks eggs.

The hotel is spectacular, just like the photos show. Excellent location near the old town, 10 minutes by bus or Uber. There are many restaurants nearby and a lovely pedestrian promenade along the sea. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the breakfast has a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the bus for the old town and minutes to the beach and the coast walk. Fundamentally, the hotel is brand new so everything is clean and up to date. The breakfast facility is very good and the food that was offer was extensive. Staff are helpful with regard to advice on places to visit, etc and always avaliable and friendly. The kitchen was a bit slow for dinner service and I found the menu slightly limited

Rooftop pool The scent in the lobby and the hallways was acrid. Smelled like old lady perfume. You need something fresh and refreshing not strong and heavy like perfume. Please consider this.

Brand new hotel, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, rooftop pool has amazing views. Staff were very helpful. Location is outside of the busy parts of Dubrovnik but just a £8 taxi away from Old town. There are a few nice restaurants and bars local to the hotel if you want to eat nearby. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Large selection of food, but nothing seemed to get replaced (teabags, milk, cutlery etc). Maybe this is just teething issues as the hotel is so new. Food and drinks at rooftop bar were quite expensive so if you want to spend a few hours there it will add up.
