Garden had some areas overgrown, some linens had small stains, no additional blankets available

Anita is a great host! She helped us a lot. Because of the cancellation of our flight and the last minute change in our destination, we booked B&B Villa Dubrovnik Garden in a very last minute. However everything went really well. The communication was easy and she was really fast answering to all the questions. The system for the delivery of the keys was also very easy. the hotel is very close to the main road which makes it easier if you have luggages, because Dubrovnik is great but not very friendly for the big luggages. Around the hotel, there is a bus station, bakery, pub/café and a supermarket. The old town and all the other touristical places are also very nearby. Neighborhood is really calm at night which helps for a great sleep. We have stayed in the Room 3 and it was quiet big and good. The view was also amazing. Everything was wonderful, but because the hotel has a large, super green garden, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Of course, there's nothing the hotel can do about this, and they have placed mosquito repellent in every room, but you need to be prepared when you go.

The outdoor property was beautiful but overgrown. Many many steps up to the unit and we had heavy luggage. The air conditioner did not work properly. The TV did not work at all. We had no instructions for either. We finally got the air to come on after about 45 min. But we attempted to adjust the temp and it shut down and it never came on again. We hooked the TV up to a router that was sitting on the fire place mantel. There were 5 TV controls on the mantel and not one of them worked. They all seemed dead.

The fact that the staff was present a few hours during the morning. The girl that was managing the front desk and doing house keeping usually replied questions and requests via WasApp but the solutions have to wait to the following day..

This place was amazing! The property was beautiful and the inside was absolutely adorable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious as well - homemade every single morning and truly some of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I loved every second of it!

A super nice quaint BnB that is located within walking distance of the old city, with a lovely peaceful and homely feel, as a BnB should be like! Yes there are stairs to the property but nothing compared to the rest of the city so it is no issue. Anita and Magdalena are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is fresh and served to the table and the rooms are spacious and what you need for a short break. We were able to leave bags before check in and after checkout, and received check in info via phone the morning of arrival, making it very simple. Would definitely stay again for another trip to Dubrovnik!
