Lots of stairs going up so if you have a big luggage, it would be very heavy. You share the house with the owners and other renters, just something to know off hand.

The owner Dino was really sweet and helping. He was quite engaging. Rooms were neat and clean. Location was excellent.

It is easy to walk to a from Old Town. There are a lot of steps to get to the apartment. They get you ready for the many steps that you will experience in Old Town.

Our rooms were perfect and close to the old town, and our host Dino was amazing. Our flight was unexpectedly canceled and he found us space for 2 nights at a good price.

Dino the host was excellent always available and willing to help. Accommodation ; excellent location just outside city walls . Two minute walk to beach or old town. Our apartment was large with a large comfortable bed ,air conditioning a small fridge and sea view . I will definitely return here again. The only negative some steep steps up to apartment but we'll worth the effort !,

Very close to beach Šulić. Easy to go there. Also nice restaurants and cafe around. The view was also is nice from our room Small room. Kitchen and other facilities are part of different rooms and different price. So factor that in your budget calculation (things are not cheap in dubrovnik) and there's a not big grocery store (more like a small kiosk type shop).

Close to old town Cramped, poorly equipped

Small, compact apartment literally 3 minutes from the main gate to the Old Town. A little difficult to find at first because the street numbers were confusing but host was helpful and easy to contact for directions. Apartment had everything you needed with a comfy bed and, while the bathroom was small, water was hot and pressure good. The stairs. Lots of stairs - if you have knee issues this is probably not the one for you!

Exceptional

Friendly, clean, quiete region, close to Old city, restaurantes and bus station (also central bus station). Good shower, ar conditional, bed and they allowed us to drop off the bags before the check in.

I liked that the location was very close to old town (5 minute walk) but not inside which is nice. Close to water and restaurant. Cute and had everything I needed. If you have a car the closest parking garage is a decent walk away with some strip of road being semi dangerous (no sidewalk) but that is the case with almost anywhere close to old town in Dubrovnik. I also would like better blinds to block the sun through the windows. Be prepared for stairs

The apartment is close to the old town, beach and restaurant. The owner Dino is helpful and friendly. He gave us a lot information about Dubrovnik. He offered to us for keep our luggage in his house after checkout. Thank you so much Dino ? 1. Difficult to find the apartment (should give sign/ name to the apartment). 2. So much stairs. 3. Should have basic spices in the kitchen and buy new pan/pot. Too much scratch on the pan. 4. Too early check out (10 AM).

Really clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well and was a refreshing break from the humidity outside. Mia was very friendly and provided lots of insight into the town. The walls were very thin so you could hear people coming and going. We tried using the washing machine but were told that it was €30 a load. We thought when booking that it would be free.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Would have loved a private terrace area.
