Great location, everything is walkable but quiet at night, I never heard the neighbors. The stairs were doable even as I arrived to hot and humid Dubrovnik from cold and rainy Poland with boots and a hat, it was not terrible. 3 sets of windows allowed for lots of natural light and nice views of the mountain, AC was cold, water was hot (if needed) decent water pressure. The entryway smelled nice, like fresh laundry, newly renovated and clean unit but still had lots of character. I stayed on the top floor, the ceiling is low in some areas but I thought it was fun. I’m 5’7, the shower head came to about my shoulders, so difficult to shower but I made it work. Just something to keep in mind if you’re tall and you prefer a shower over bath. Thankfully I didn’t lose any keys but a keypad system would’ve been ideal for easier access.

Localização ótima, quarto limpo e novo, staff super atencioso. A questão do teto ser baixo é algo a ser considerado, pois diminui o espaço útil do quarto. Não tem chuveiro, apenas uma ducha e a banheira. Parte do ar condicionado fica atrás do armário, o que não atrapalhou, visto que já estava ligado quando chegamos no quarto. A questão das escadas também deve ser levada em conta. Somos jovens e levamos de boa.

Location in the old town, cleanliness, good air conditioning, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We also like the assistance that was found by the property manager to get our bags up the stairs. The hundred or so steps from the Stradun up to the residences.

Lower floors have no view. Would be great if there was a chair or something to sit on. If you're in Apt 1 you will hear everyone coming and going as it is adjacent to the front door. Didn't bother us though.

Newly built The shower was leaking on the floor

Location is awesome, so close to everything but was not prepared for stairs. The bed was SO comfortable we slept very well. The view of Old Town was so incredibly beautiful!! And the host was very communicative and kind. The shower was a little bit odd. The height of it was difficult for taller people and it was angled in a strange way that it sprayed out of the tub. The stairs were a bit much but expected for European city.

The host was extremely kind and communicative, excellent service and very comfortable bed. The view from the windows made climbing all those stairs worth it Went on this trip with my mother. It would have been wonderful to have a full length mirror somewhere. The mirror in the bathroom is a bit tall if you’re on the shorter side, which made getting ready a bit tricky. 4 nights was the perfect amount of time in the old town for us.

Nothing! Climbing 80 steep steps to get to property. Once inside another 15-20 steps to reach Unit 2. I specifically asked about steps before booking but never received a reply! The room was clean however you could see mold coming through the paint in several areas where they had tried to paint over it! The water in the shower does not get that hot even after turning knob to hottest water temperature. This place is not worth the price they ask per night!! I do not recommend this place and would not stay here again!

Great location, lovely clean, modern room with good facilities, air-con fantastic, good communication with the owner/manager The only thing I would say is there was only one extra pillow - could have done with two, and we could have done with some more towels or a change of towel midway through our stay. I’m sure if we’d asked we would have got some, but we managed ok, however ideally a change of towels would have been good.

Excellent location, the studio apartment was perfect for relaxed living, there are plenty of very good restaurants on your doorstep, but we could also make breakfast and prepare a picnic to take with us.
