Good location. Friendly staff Smelled moldy. No internet. No lights in the hallway. The restroom electrical socket did not work. (There was a hair dryer but we could not use it). There was no overhead bathroom shower head. The door required to be slammed in order to lock

the rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, the tv, the wifi and the air conditioning didnt work and there were no lights in the stairs so we had to use our phone flashlight.

Good location We had to wait for the room for 45 minutes. The lobby is messy and the hotel needs maintenance and deep clean.

The location is in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. We stayed in room # 6 last night. It was originally supposed to be room 5 but that one had a broken lock. This was our LAST night in Dubrovnik. Obviously the Dubrovnik itself is magical but this room, in fact ALL of Hamlet was unfit for humans to be there. The entire place smells of strong mold. There are major water leaks on each floor and marks indicating so on the ceilings. Everything in the room was broken. The shower had immense amount of mold and clogged. The lamp chord was torn unsuccessfully taped together, however an actual wire was sticking out. IF the outlet next to the bed, we would have been electrocuted plugging it in. The air conditioner vent was blowing it out something horrendous and we attempted to open the windows so we could breathe. The TV was broken but that’s the least of the problems of this place. The name on the back of the door was not even the place that we booked. This was the worst experience staying anywhere ever! We didn’t get any sleep and had to get on a 7 1/2 hour flight at 5 in the morning. How dare you shamelessly take people’s money and expect them to actually and seriously stay in this uninhabitable place. The bed sheets had disgusting stains on it! I am skipping the review and calling Booking.com so you CANNOT put another person through this ever. We stayed in an old Yugoslav style place across the street also in Old Town for the first three days, and it was amazing and cost 4 times less. I will be seeing a full reimbursement for this one night in this horrendous place. I took one photo to make sure we wouldn’t be blamed for the broken toilet seat. However after seeing everything else that was awful we were too shocked to remember to take pictures of it all.

The room and the bathroom were unclean, air conditioning was non-functional. Unbearably hot at times.

Service is really bad. No communication whatsoever

The location of this property was fantastic In short form, this is an old building. We were not expecting anything luxurious and we really aren’t very picky. However, there was quite a bit of mold in the ceiling of our washroom. We were not given proper bedsheets, the staff, although mentions 24 hour concierge was not there at all. We paid for breakfast for three nights and did not get breakfast one morning. There was never anything set up for us in the mornings to eat. In terms of amenities and things “ included” in the room, we ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase our own, we went to ask for shower gel and received two small bottles for the duration of our stay. We paid far too much money for the value and service that we received here.

Very good, friendly hosts!

Poor

Close from everything inside the old town. Easy access, they also let me left my bags there and the lady was very kind.

The tourist tax can be paid in cash only. The breakfast was terrible – when I arrived for breakfast I was offered some leftovers that were not eaten by other guests, I decided to eat somewhere else. They also didn't provide me with an invoice, as this was a business trip, I needed to have a proper invoice. They ignored invoice requests via email and call. Booking.com tried contacting them too but they didn't respond.

The place is very close to Stradun, good comunication with host, despite my problems on trip and late check in. Tv programs didn't work.

Exceptional

Location was great, easy to find and access, friendly staff.
-
Location convenient. Breakfast very poor. Only ham and cheese and bread. One basket with apples. Basin in bathroom leaking water on floor.
-
Great location for a short break Room and whole hotel stank of cigarettes- it was revolting. Zero communication from owners re late check pre arrival but check in was simple and they seemed to be expecting us late. The bathroom was small but ok but wouldn’t suit large people. Because of the smell in the room we had to open windows which was noisy one night out of 3

Disappointing

The location was excellent and the room was cute and cozy. Our hosts were kind and the location was easy to find. The beds were not super comfortable and the AC seemed to switch off randomly.
