Bed too hard and ceiling too low

Staff and restaurant are best in class.
-
Our room was large and comfortable bed. There is a bar that stays open late and is very loud. The hotel street is full of restaurants and bars. Construction on one side of the building.
-
Matija (Mateo) went out of his way to take great care of us.. Nothing

The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. AC was great, especially with the heatwave outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay. Embedded inside the old city of Dubrovnik. Located in a renovated palace. Don’t miss a dinner on the terrace roof or in the Susie dining room. Both drinks and food are superb Not much to dislike. Like most hotel rooms in old cities the rooms are small. Note the over 700 year old vine on the outside of the building.

The location was superb, near multiple restaurants. They lent us beach towels for bathing at the nearby Banje Beach.
-
Breakfast selection is limited, but very tasty. Nice yo sit and enjoy good food like a cafe

Fantastic location, superior friendly staff!

Location was great. Staff was fantastic. Room was pretty and the building was interesting.

We loved our room with balcony and the oldest grapevine in Dubrovnik! The desk staff was incredible from welcoming us to providing suggestions for day trips and places to eat. The art throughout was wonderful and kept it very unique! Bed was super comfortable and the shower water always hot and powerful. The location can. Not be best!! And the to- go bag at 4 am for airport run was an extra special touch! Not really anything- maybe provide a single tip sheet for hot nights instead of just the duvet?

Room was artsy and different The room we had was only accessible by many stairs .Some information and limitations of the room should have been conveyed. Better suited for younger people.

The hotel was in a great location and beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing!!!
-
Beautiful centric and the kindest most responsive staff during our entire honeymoon!!

The location was excellent and I loved the feel of the historic property.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. The location was perfect. The breakfast was good, but I'd suggest more options on the menu and real freshly squeezed orange juice since it's so available in the area. Our loft apartment on the top floor had slanted ceilings which came in contact with our heads many times. The elevator was only available from the 1st to third floor so we walked up from reception to floor one and again from 3 to 4. We did get some help with luggage and we did know about some of this in advance, so it's not a complaint, just an observation. The master bath was very difficult to shower in because of the slanted ceiling so we all used the other stand up shower.

Location and service

Very beautiful place to stay in old town and excellent service from the staff. None

The staff was more than helpful, my wife fell sick while in dubrovnik and they were very accommodating.

Great location and excellent restaurant attached (we had dinner only, no breakfast). The restaurant views were terrific! Very accommodating hosts - they made beach towels available and held our luggage the day we checked out.
