San Rocco Palace

In room breakfast was wonderful, strong AC, big shower, great location. Scallini held our luggage for us as we had a late afternoon flight. having to checkout by 10am and the door lock did not always work, apparently some magnetic thing. Also and the room needed more coffee options for making yourself.

Breakfast was delivered to the room. It was excellent . Staff was very helpful and courteous. Climbing quite a few steps to get to the hotel , it helps to carry lighter luggage . Check in was

Location was perfect. Room was very clean. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning was excellent There are a lot of steps to get to your apartment but that's the old town of Dubrovnik for you! Not really that bad...

It is neat and well maintained It would have been nice if staff could provide some information on how to elevate experience for visitors by guiding them on things to do, places to eat etc

Loved the location, THE VIEWS of Old Town, the communication from the staff, and the breakfast! It was clean and spacious. Felt luxurious. Fresh juice, excellent coffee, and main courses made to order and brought to your room by staff! Super cute boutique property. Highly recommend. Not enough pillows or blankets. But that’s most of Europe in general!

very comfortable beds, firm mattresses, great sleep. Breakfast buffet was good, great coffee machine, great solution in the best location in the center of it all.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was timely and good. I liked everything.

Location There was no complementary water upon arrival. For a guest arriving late this could be an issue. There were no complementary long life milk capsules which many hotels offer for guests. These small touches that are usual in accommodation. Breakfast. We were not aware it was room service. It was nice however maybe an idea to highlight better.

The room was perfect! It was renovated beautifully, absolutely immaculate, and the location within the Old Town was perfect! The only difficulty was the amount of stairs we had to climb to get to our hotel and rooms. Luckily the kindness of staff provided the help we needed to bring our luggage up with check in and then down when we left. Very kind and thoughtful. See above.

Great location. Breakfast was nice.

No elevator and there was no hot water

Unfortunately, our room had a very bad mold/mildew smell. There were other small things such as stains on the sofa and a broken drawer in the kitchenette. The bathroom light was very low light. In addition, we had 4 different parties try to enter our room. I don't think this was the fault of the staff, just that our door was right next to the entrance of the main hotel. For the price, we expected more. We did let them know our thoughts and the staff sent an apology.

There was not enough lighting in the bathroom.

Extremely well located, everything very convenient. Room is very clean and nice, although small. The bed was amazingly comfortable and very quiet.

Having the breakfast delivered was amazing Not much to dislike! The stairs are a consideration, for sure, but the location is excellent.

This place is so amazing! So cute, super clean, such a cool room and ideal location! The breakfast was top notch and delivered to us. Staff was amazing. We booked another night we loved it so much.
