Dubrovnik Old Town Apartments

Great location. Literally walking distance to everything. Nice and clean, highly recommend it for a couple.

Location I didn’t like that the door to the street does not lock.

Great location for exploring old town! We stayed on a Friday & Saturday so from 2300-0200 the club below 15A plays loud techno music, so it’s loud and it vibrates through the walls…and lots of cheering…don’t expect to sleep between those hours but it all ends at 0200 thankfully.

N/A Noise level of the bars restaurants in area that went on until after midnight. Window was open due to the AC not working properly The electrical outlets were not adhere properly and dangled from the wall in certain places. I would have not booked this location if I would have know about the excessive steep steps and the noise factor. NO coffee pods but the set up for coffee. The light in the hall did not come on immediately so that you could see to go down the stairs.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this place on different apartment . The first time everything was perfect. But this time a lot of cold air was coming in from the bottom of the door. Even though there was air conditioning, the room still stayed cold until I covered the bottom of the door with some towels. Also, the internet did not work at all.

Amazing location! Host was there to meet us and show us around. Perfect for a couple days of exploring. The AC was super cold which was nice for hot summer days. Our group had a very nice stay. Beware no elevators!

Location was good. Where do I start? The room looked nothing like the picture. We paid ~$300/night to stay in a room that was closer to a prison cell, then a hotel/apartment room. AC unit was broken and put together with duct tape. The shower head fell off. Wifi was spotty at best. Raised issue with the host and no response. The second room we booked for another ~$300/night, which was on top of us also didn't look like the picture. There was no shower curtain and when this issue was raise, nothing was done about it.

Location and good comfortable bed Firstly if you are tall or even 160 cm, you have to move half of the time and room by your head down because of sealing of top floor. There was really bad smell coming from the bathroom, really bad. No water pressure at all, taking shower will take you so much time and will quickly run out of warm water. There was no oven/microwave too i think its one of the most important thing for the kitchen. Air conditioner was dirty, clearly one can see it never went into service. Also when you enter the building there is terrible smell too something like you’re in cattle field. No sleepers were provided as well Also no internet as well even asking for another device password internet was just not working. TV was also not working too. The only benefit you will get from booking this accommodation is the location. Be careful when booking this accommodation for the things mentioned above.

The property was in an awesome location within old town Dubrovnik. It was close to a lot of great restaurants and lots of fun things to do. The perfect location to see all the sites in Dubrovnik. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see the old town.

Not enough hot water. Many more steps than we expected. Lights burned out. Could not find light switch for bathroom 1st day.

The location was great being in the heart of Old Town so there was easy access to dining options and exploring Dubrovnik. There was decent amount of space. The mattress sank in the middle and we were never able to use the Wifi since the signal was too weak to reach the top floor where we stayed.

We were a group of 3 friends and this was mentioned at the time of booking that we are 3 people. The room looked nice overall but had a strong smell, but it was ok. Then we saw the bathroom had one wall made of glass meaning my 2 friends can see if I take a shower or use the toilet. How embarrassing is that. There was a hook for hanging curtains but there was no curtain. I asked the contact person about it and he said the previous guests broke it. I understand that, but why would they give a broken room to another guest! Another thing is that the bathroom doesn't close. It closes for 10 seconds and then opens completely by itself. We asked for a fix or a new room but we did not get either on the same day. We really struggled the first day. Also the bathroom looked super dirty. I have an attached picture. The next day by 11.00 am we got a new room and it was perfect. Looked cute, the extra sofa bed was good. Had kitchen with utensils. Bathroom didn't lock, but that's ok. It had a door that closed and was spacious.

the location very dark. felt like we were in a cellar. as a tall person the bathroom is a bit short. no storage for clothing.

It was well maintained in a great location. It had everything needed for a solo traveler looking to stay a few nights in the heart of Dubrovnik. I would definitely recommend. It could be loud in the evening because it is a ground floor apartment, but I never felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. It became much more quiet as the evening progressed.

We didn t like the noise coming from the disco club downstairs! Music was aloud until early morning ! We couldn t sleep at all! But also when we got to the apartment the heater wasn t on , so we had to wait 40 minutes to have s warm shower! Very very unprofessional!!! Change job!

The location was great, easy to get around. We stayed in the top floor however and usually don’t mind the extra steps but after all the steps in the city, it was too much. Our legs burned and we are in “good shape” There was a smell in the bathroom, we understand it’s the old town but our friend’s place didn’t have the same smell. The host took quick action and communicated well. They attempted to pour something down the pipes but it only worked for a few hours.
