Friendly staff I was very disappointed to be given a disabled room when I had specifically booked an able-bodied room. When I questioned reception, I was told this was due to the hotel refurbishment, but I was not informed beforehand. The toilet was also extremely inconvenient, as the button was positioned behind the lid, causing it to repeatedly fall down. Overall this was not the room or experience I had booked. I would expect better communication and consideration for guests.

The location was good and the facilities within the hotel was excellent This is the second time I have stayed here in he last month for work purposes and again in the morning from 8am there was loud noise coming from somewhere. It sounded like banging or building works happening. I was not warned about this t the time of booking or when I checked in if works where happening on site. Was unable to sleep in.

The room, gym, sauna etc and reception staff were helpful and nice. The property was nice, I tried a yoga class , what I found disappointing was the non stop chatter during the class.

The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy however the room had no aircon and it was very warm. No air con in the room.

It’s right where we needed it to be, and did appreciated having a Starbucks and the staff were friendly. Our room was right near the outside dining/drinking area and on Saturday night people had booked a table outside till 12am. It was pretty loud and wasn’t very soundproof, we couldn’t sleep until they left which was annoying as we had to get up pretty early the next day. Unfortunately because of this I probably wouldn’t stay when we next need to be in Dudley.

Good accessible shower No air conditioning

Has clearly just had a refurb and the finish was fantastic. Beds and bedding super comfortable and have done a really good job Aircon had an issue with an error code. We arrived late to the property so would have normally asked for some assistance or it could have just genuinely been myself. But was too late for all that messing around. Made the hotel aware in the morning who apologised and sent a maintenance man up straight away.

Had a nice bar Nothing

We did not have the breakfast The shower tray flooded with water within a minute so could not have a proper shower. The sink unit was very high and uncomfortable to use, I am an average height person. The layout of the rooms was not clearly sign posted even some staff did not know. The hotel its self is nice but the closing and banging of doors went on until the early hours which disturbed our sleep. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never paid for the privilege of parking in the car park.

Hotel was lovely No air conditioning absolutely boiling made my partner feel really unwell had a pokey fan so we ask for another fan in the room when they brought this tower fan it didnt work properly couldn't feel nothing coming out . Also the price seems good until you get the phone call about paying the car park and paying to use spa facilities such as the pool when most hotels parking is free aswell as their spa facilities. Wont stay here again in the summer unless they install air con
