Best Western Gwinnett Center Hotel

Good…breakfast. I was huge on Best Western glad it’s still here Pool…hot tub…./not functioning? Yes this is smoke free if you don’t count the smokers in the front..on the bench..

Everything here is very clean staff friendly service.

The staff is always courteous and professional. They enhance the experience. The pool was in great shape, but there are sprigs growing up in the area around the pool and the chairs needed cleaning. I thing there had been rain the day before, so it may have been a timing problem for us. We checked in and the room they assigned for us smelled musty and my wife said there was also another smell. They moved us to another room and it was better, but still had a smell to it. I heard a major fan in the room across from us on the day we checked out, so there may have been a leak somewhere that created this situation. It was very hard to de-humidify the room with the "dry", "heat" or "cool" setting on the air conditioner. We've stayed here several times, and this is the first time there's been a problem like this, so we'll be trying it again hoping this also was a timing problem for us. Everything else about the property and staff is excellent.

Food was great! Greatly enjoyed the food and service of your staff. The pool was a great addition to our stay with the georgia heat. Room service was good. Room was advertised to have a couch in the room and there was no couch in our room. Breakfast area floor was incredibly sticky in the morning. and 3rd floor ceiling was leaking during our entire weekend stay.

Front staff were amazing!! Very informative about the area, since we had to abruptly leave the place we had rented due to it being disgusting- they were able to accommodate us rather quickly and tell us great places to go locally. Everything was great!

Clean room

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The coffee was very good. The staff was helpful and kind. If in area will stay again.

Beds were small, no ice machine on 2nd floor which was inconvenient. Nice staff. Convenient location.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful when I needed them. The kitchen was clean but, the breakfast was disappointing. I expected more from reviews online.
