Everything is good, except for the bathroom cleanliness. There were still some hair left on the shower wall. The staff was very nice.

Only issue I had was trying to reach anyone when I call. I had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone. The room was beautiful beds were comfortable tv was great. Breakfast was lackluster just your basic cereal oatmeal muffins bagels boiled eggs fruit and coffee. The showers were eequipped with shampoo conditioner and body wash not the lil tiny ones you see everywhere else. Theyre glued to the shower wall. The pool was tiny. The staff was amazing and very accomodating!. Answering the phone when guests call.

Room smelled musty when we first entered. We thought it was because it had been closed up. Whenever we left room and returned, smell stayed. Smelled like carpet had gotten wet, then just let air dry. Next day, I noticed de-humidifier in the hall that was full of water. Room was very humid. The smell became more apparent the next day. It was my first and LAST time staying at a Spark Hotel. I did tell management. They suggested it may be the due to the weather.
