There is no breakfast at this location, staff is rude except for one, no one is ever at the front desk when you need something like tissue, no house keeping after a few days. The other location literally across the street is ten times better, due to address can easily get the wrong one, there are bugs, not a good look for anyone traveling or staying. There is nothing to like.

After one night I left this hotel it was so bad and I was charged for 7 days. The Manager was not on duty during checkout time. This Duluth location advertises "full kitchen" but did not include even one cup, glass, dish, knife, or fork. No pots, pans, nothing. Not only was there no ice or ice tray in the freezer but also there was no ice anywhere in the hotel. Not only was there no coffee maker but also there was no coffee anywhere in the hotel. There was toilet paper but no tissue paper. There was soap but no shampoo. The carpet in the hallways couldn’t smell any worse. There was a TV but no remote control. The customer service hotline did not call back after 48 hours as promised. The corporate guest relations email I sent was never acknowledged. Overall this was the worst experience ever.

There were tons of roaches the website has a select hotel and suites I wish I would have known that before booking at this hotel my experience was completely horrible there was trash in the hallways dirty diapers people hangin out smokin outside and more.

They have roaches !!! They scam you out of your money and then put you in a room crawling with roaches with no one on call to do anything about it. The elevator is broken the stairs and the carpet in the hallways smell like mildew and pee. There are no towels and roaches coming up in the tub. I want my money back NOW !
