I've stayed at this hotel twice now for business, and it’s an excellent option given the price, location, amenities, and room size. Everything was very clean, with a complete breakfast included.
-
Really small and dark. Looks like chicken house.

Great
-
The room carpet was heavily stained with grime, and the shower water pressure was too weak, which was inconvenient.
-
Room stink and disgusting

Breakfast was simple and easy set up. Waffles, bagels, cereal etc. Staff were friendly and helpful property is clean. Room had a weird scent, not bad just weird no lie and bathroom was not cleaned properly, but it is a 2.5 star hotel for a reason. I don’t have 5 star expectations. I would stay again

We booked this hotel for the pool specifically. For our child. The pool was closed upon arrival due to Corine levels. The bed was very uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place. Random people hanging out in the parking lot near our car all night. And they had left a bunch of trash bags full next to my car. Didn’t feel very safe being here.

The main reason I booked this particular hotel was for the pool which was out of service and I was trying to do some laundry while traveling but the laundry room was out of service and my TV did not work. The breakfast was also unenjoyable

When I checked in the guy asked me 3 times if I had a pet. I told him all three times no. After confirming my room and my payment he says Dog or Cat? Again I do not have a pet I did not bring a pet with me. I tell him for the 4th time no. He then tells me I owe a $50 deposit wants cash or credit. I'm pretty sure I just got charged a pet fee. The next day the pool gets shut down for failure to maintain the chemicals and the laundry was out of order. That night my tv kept cutting on by itself. I don't know if another rooms remote was controlling it but at 3am I had to get up and unplug it. Breakfast was normal Quality Inn fare make your own waffles, beagles, toast, cereal, yogurt and boiled eggs in fridge. Oatmeal packets. Very basic contental grab and go. Only fruit offered were overly green bananas. The Pool getting shut down was huge disappointment, it was the reason I chose to stay there.

Upon walking into the building, I immediately became ill due to the foul smell from unclean mops or rags used to wipe the tables and floors. Seeking a location where my husband could rest after recently being on life support, I was unable to even bring him into the building to begin the registration process. Cleanliness is very important as it relates to having a welcoming facility for guests to feel comfortable. My experience was quite disheartening and I pray that it will be resolved so others can have a better experience @ this location.

Cleaniness A++
-
El personal del hotel entraba a la limpieza algunos días y solo se llevaba la basura, Fueron 5 días y solo me cambiaron las toallas una sola vez. El desayuno no es buffet es desayuno continental y es hasta las 9am.

Location needs lots of improvement. Cleaner rooms and updates are severely needed!
