Basic accommodations, coffee and tea service only. The hotel doesn't really have a common space or any place to gather, nor outside seating other than a smokers bench, just a small single sofa in the main room which shaped odd and dim inside. the room was not in good shape, missing part of the windows and wasn't able to be locked, on the first floor. Someone had attached a small thumb screw thing, so you could open the window but the actual assemble was missing half inside security glass and could easily be opened from the outside. Thumb tacks were in the shades and the wall to keep the shades tight, cracks or open holes on the tub enclosure and the hallway door had a nearly 1" gap. Between the door and the window you got all the noise inside and out, which on a Saturday night meant street racers and a steady stream of hallway noise.

I found the staff to be very supportive to my daughter who arrived after surgery. Very accommodating and very good communication with staff.
-
Would not recommend. The hotel smells awful and the rooms are not clean.
-
There was someone else's dirty socks left on the floor of our room and an open condom wrapper in the shower. I was charged at the Hotel despite paying ahead of time and had to insist on a refund to get my momey back.
-
Cost was $20 higher than what the Expedia reservation stated. Will not get my business again
-
We got charged twice booking through Expedia and they charged again at check out. I also think they gave us a lesser value room.
-
Our bed had a used tissue in it, the sheets were put on the wrong way anyway, the mirrors were dirty, the carpet had multiple stains throughout the room, the parking lot was full of potholes, and overall the room felt gross. And on top of that, they charge $240/night just because it was Grandma’s Marathon weekend. Don’t stay here.

It was just fine. The room was clean enough. It was affordable. The parking lot is in rough shape but for the money it was fine. Not great. Certainly not terrible. Staff was nice and helpful.
-
This was exactly what you pay for kind of place. Very cheap, and felt that way. It's what we were looking for when we had a scheduled surgery in the area. With grandma's marathon in town this weekend, the other hotels were insanely expensive. The website did say they offer breakfast but they had cookies and coffee. The coffee was great though! We used the pool and the hot tub both were kind of slimy but the temperature was nice

Room was nice, clean, well maintained.

Although there were times the person at the front desk was a bit lacking in social skills, it didn’t really detract from the value of the hotel. The management was exceptional and the stay in Duluth was very nice, partly due to having a nice comfortable bed to return to in the evening.
-
Staff very friendly. A donut or something in the morning would be nice. Coffee was ok. Nice to know there is a reasonable priced place to stay.

No continental breakfast but have a breakfast room. Had hairs in bath tub 1st room had a smell of urine had to switch rooms . Had to hold tub faucet Handel crooked to get water to turn on. Had people in n out of rooms with doors slamming shut till after 2am. Our bed looked as if it was never changed for linen from last guests crumbs in the bed dirt streaks on pillow cases the a/c was so loud we could not stand to keep it on a big chunk of the front of it was missing . Had very limited channels to watch. The front desk lady was kind but seemed to not know how to work the computer system well but eventually figured it out !

There were poop stains on the sheets. The TV was miswired so I had to fix it. The doors wouldn't open on the first scan. I had to try 3-4 times because the doors were warped. When I was checking in, the guy in front of me had to get a new room because the bed in the room that he just checked in to was broken. The handle for the shower has to be pulled out of the way to start water flow but there's nothing to suggest that. They have a room set up for breakfast but they didn't serve breakfast. There's no elevator and their carts had flat tires.
-
Breakfast has been eliminated even though it was included on the Web sight. No places close to get breakfast. Floors are very dirty. Hotel just is not being kept up.
-
Mold in bathroom, crack in-between door and floor that let's noise and light in from the hallway, and there was a hole in the plaster of the ceiling. It is worth the extra money to stay somewhere else that does not have mold or holes in the ceiling. Shocking they are allowed to be opened.

The young woman at check in was very friendly and polite. Will keep this hotel in mind for future visits to Minnesota
-
Gets were extremely loud and rude.
-
There was no breakfast as advertised. If the air conditioning was not running it smelled like smoke in the room. The room itself was clean.

Is good
