Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth by the Mall

This place was brand new and had an amazing breakfast! They had pancakes, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy! They also made fresh cookies at night! Very nice folks!

Didn’t seem to be the most clean place around. There’s a super stained chair, the bathroom looked like an old closet that was made poorly into a bathroom and the toilet leaks, the curtains were all ripped, AC struggled to keep up, pool area seemed unsafe with a bad smell, the jets in the hot tub barely worked, doors are incredibly thin as are the walls, parking lot is very uneven and a bit sketchy to drive on, TVs are tiny and not super updated, and no housekeeping until the third night? Seems odd. Also, a $25 charge for a stained towel?? Room was fairly spacious and the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. And, I understand that I’m here over Grandma’s Marathon weekend so every place was super up-charged, but almost $1,000 for 3 nights for this place is absurd.

Clean room. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. All the guests seemed to be on friendly terms with the desk staff. The front desk was always staffed, so their was hardly any wait.

This is my go to when in Duluth. They take dogs which is the reason I stay. The place could use a good carpet cleaning. My room smelled and the hallway was stuffy and also smelly. Otherwise everything else is perfect. A good summer carpet cleaning wouldn’t hurt.

The pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Our shower was not clean. There was hair in it and what I assume/hope was leftover shampoo in the tub. Outside of our window was a solid wall about 5 feet away.

Good location for birders visiting the Sax-Zim Bog 50 minutes away. No elevator for second floor rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection and presentation. Convenient to Miller Hill Mall and restaurants across the highway.

Clean rooms

The rooms were ACTUALLY clean which was a nice change vs other places we've stayed recently. The lady that was on all night was so ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Sharon deserves ALL of the praise and if I could have tipped her, there's no amount of money that could truly express how amazing we all thought she was! No complaints

Everything that i needed went very well.

The room was clean and updated for my wife and I the pool and hot tub we had to ourselves so that was fun and the morning breakfast was fantastic we would rate our stay a 10 out of 10 hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did
