Everything was really good , rooms very clean and breakfast was great and everyone was really nice, we really enjoyed the hotel ❤️

I’ve stayed in a a lot of hotels but this is the very first time I’ve been given not one but two partially cleaned rooms. 11pm check-in. First room had one stripped bed and one made bed, and ironing board and iron sitting out, and dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty bathroom. Went down to desk and then gave keys to a 2nd room. 2nd room had two made up beds but pillows without cases, garbage on nightstand, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Overall though it must have been a neat guest who had occupied it and we were desperate and tired so asked desk staff to get us fresh towels, pillow cases and disinfectant and we cleaned our own room. Front desk staff at check-in were very nice, embarrassed, and understandably overwhelmed - there was another gentleman who they had checked into an already occupied room. Front desk staff in the AM made excuses about the system being messed up and I didn’t have time for nonsensical excuses - didn’t offer to comp or even discount the room. I worked at a hotel years ago and can’t imagine not offering some sort of discount. Nice facility, nice modern room, loved the shower. Management has some explaining to do….

Clean, updated rooms. Great staff, good breakfast and there’s a big workout room! Pool is small and no hot tub. We’ve stayed there before and will again! Definitely recommend!

Paid directly to Expedia. Stayed only 12 hours. Fairfield processed the usually $50 per room for incidentals. But also processed an unexplained $66.70 and $66.70 plus the $50 incidentals per room and then issued some crazy tax emails. Anthony the manager advised to wait and it would all fall off. But tying up a total of nearly $600 for 12 hour stay during a family vacation is crazy. Other then a used glass of water that n the room (not from us) it was pretty clean and the staff was nice but I don’t appreciate the surplus undisclosed billing and multiple emails with tax invoices. This situation could have really hurt people on a budget

My tv didn't work and the swimming pool was really small. Their was only one waffle maker so you had to wait a long time to make it i think there needs to be 2 waffle makers like most hotels have.

Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was decent. Pleasant staff. Restaraunts nearby.

The room was nice, the beds were very comfortable. I like breakfast with waffles and scramble eggs. The water in the shower was impossible to regulate: very hot or cold. We were waiting for the check-in for 10 min: no staff at the reception
