Hampton Inn & Suites Duluth North/Mall Area

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The pool was nice and we were able to be in there by ourselves. The only thing we were disappointed with was the hot tub was closed for maintenance. We were looking forward to using it. Overall though, our stay was a very good experience.

2. Hot Tub was closed for repairs 3. First time ever staying in a hotel and I could hear loud foot steps from 2 am to 5 am. Sounded like an elephant! 4. Firepit table wasn't lit therefore not inviting for guests to enjoy the back patio.

Very quiet! Didn't hear anything above or below the room. Ultra clean room and bathroom. Star super friendly!

My family and I really liked how quiet it was. We are always able to hear people passing by or talking, in other hotels we have stayed. It was not the case here, which we really liked. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Exceptionally clean. Quiet area. Unfortunately our king bed was not comfortable, very saggy.

Excellent stay, plus enjoyed 10% off the adjacent Texas Roadhouse restaurant.

The staff member was awesome and super nice. Me and my team paid for a 2 bedroom suit for a reason. When we get there they tell us they over booked and they are going to "upgrade us". They gave us a 1 bed king for 3 guys on a business trip. We booked that room for a reason. Then we specifically got the hotel for the hot tub. But they had it closed. And the breakfast was not good. The food tasted undercooked. I didn't even bother asking for a discount. Me and my team will never stay here again.

We absolutely loved having the 24 hour coffee and tea bar but mostly the staff was EXCELLENT and so friendly.

Very clean, breakfast was really good an had a little of everything to feed the whole family. Hot tub was being worked on so we weren't able to use our stay.

Clean stay, great location and was definitely comfortable for our families traveling in a group. The breakfast option wasn't the best I've experienced at Hampton Hotels, but the rooms were still very clean and common areas were well maintained, pool and hot tub were clean. Nice staff.
